Chapter 3

The Next Day At School.

I wanted to tell my friends right away, but Austin suggested that we wait a while. I guess he's scared as to what Eddie might do, but it's not like Eddie likes me, he's like my brother. "Hey Bella", Diana came up to me. "There's a rumor that your dating some mystery dude, who is it?" "Hey Diana, honestly where did people hear that?". "It's all over school" "wtf?!". I could tell she got uncomfortable so she told me she would see me in second period and left. I walked into Homeroom and sat in my spot with all the other Varsity athletes there.
"Hey Guys" i said with a smile.
Everyone said hi back except Eddie...
"What's wrong Eddie?"
"Nothing, just overly pissed and nervous for the game coming up"
"Oh" i nodded understanding his stress.
Homeroom was a drag and i actually was excited to go to first period because i have Austin in that class.

I walked in and we immediately made eye contact which caused me to blush.

"Hey Austin" i smiled
"Hey Bell" he smiled back.
"I hate keeping us a secret" i whispered to him.
"I know me too" he whispered back.

First period was actually kind of fun. The rest of school was boring. I still didnt have cheer practice so i went to the weight room to go lift some weights.

Once I got in there i saw Eddie and some of the other football jocks.

I started doing pull-ups when i heard someone walk up behind me.

"Im almost done with my set then it's all you" i said doing three more pull-ups.
"That's not what i wanted to talk to you about..." Eddie said.
"Oh, well what's up Eddie" i said hopping down to the floor.
"Isabella I've known you forever, and I really like you... Like REALLY like you, would you give me a chance and give me the honor of calling you my girlfriend?"

I stood there shocked.

"Eddie. Im sorry, but no... You're like a big brother to me. And i like someone else." I answered.
"Is it that Mahone kid?" He snarled.
"It's none of your business, and he doesn't come here." I lied.
After i got my workout done. I left quickly home.

Once i got home i showered and put on some spandex and a muscle shirt.

I wonder what Austin is doing right now?

I decided to text Austin.

To: Cutie
"Hey Cutie"

From: Cutie
"Hey Gorgeous, what are you up to?"

To: Cutie
"Nothing much, bored... Wanna come over? I'll order pizza"

From: Cutie
"On my way!"

I giggled to myself knowing Austin couldn't say no to pizza.

I opened the door and saw Austin standing there.

"Hey" he said, "so you said something about there being pizza?"
I laughed. "Yeah come on in, it should be here in 10"
"Cool"

We walked into the living room and talked about our day.

The pizza came and we ate while laughing and nearly choking.

Austin left and I was back to being alone.

I hope we can tell people soon.
