Ever since I was a little girl, my mother used to tell me that somewhere out there someone was looking for my safety, and whenever I am in trouble or feeling like I need a little help, I should just remember there is someone out there, look over the horizon, and maybe I will find him, looking at me, and it'll give me the strength and help I needed.
I truly wanted to believe in her words, isn't it every girl's dream to have her own guardian angel?
And at first I did. Every time I needed help, I would look over the horizon, desperately searching for my angel. Every single time I got nothing but disappointment.
By the age of fifteen, I stopped looking for my angel and didn't believe anymore that I had someone who cared for my well being. But then came that day.
The day that made me wish my mother was right.
The day I faced my death.
