(As you traveled behind Arthur and Dutch through the snowy mountains in search of your comrades, Arthur seemed to be the most frustrated by the predicament the gang now found itself in. Riding up next to him, you saw Arthur grit his teeth as he tried to keep his sights on Dutch.)
Arthur: Ain't sure what we're gonna find out here, Dutch.
Dutch: We have to try. Stay close, we'll do our best to stick to the trail.
Arthur: (sighs) This goddamn weather.
Dutch: Been two days or more like this now. Oh, it has to blow over soon. Bridge coming up, take it easy. Hey, move up alongside me. Can't see you back there.
Arthur: Can't believe we lost Davey too.
Dutch: He's the last one, Arthur. No more. We need to get those people warm and fed.
Albert: I knew we shouldn't have listened to Micah. That bastard has only rode with us for a few months and ever since it has been one "big score" after another. Look where it's gotten us.
Dutch: We needed the money!...It wasn't like we had much a choice. I know you and Hosea had been looking for a score as well, but I'm sure the law would have still be waiting for us all the same.
Arthur: Least we don't need to worry about Pinkertons tailing us in this.
Dutch: A couple more days, we'll be on the other side. Arthur, I need you to help me pick the others back up. You're the only one I can rely on to stay strong right now.
Albert: Woah! Picking favorites there Dutch?
Dutch: All you boys are like family to me. You know that. Now come on, quit with the jokes and ride!
(Your party suddenly began its incline up the mountain once more, heading back west momentarily before being surrounded by fog.)
Albert: Can't see shit out here...God, I'm sort of missing Blackwater now. Then again, we have shelter and fire back at the camp...which is a start.
Arthur: (seemingly snapping out of a daze) Speaking of, (call out) Dutch, what happened to the money? Please tell me you at least got the money before it all went to hell on that boat?
Dutch: We did... it's stashed with the rest of the money in town. It'll be safe for now... but we sure can't go back there to collect it any time soon. Hey, I think I see something up the path. You up ahead? Who's there?
(Dutch lifts the lantern to illuminate the snowy night road. A figure begins to slowly appear, first starting out as a silhouette covered in yellow lantern light. Soon enough, the figure's identity was made known as he finally got close enough for the three men to see. Lifting up his had and staring at the outlaws with a small, uneven grin, Micah Bell lowered his lantern and nodded to them.)
Dutch: Micah.
Micah: ...Gentlemen.
Dutch: Found anything?
Micah: I think so. Found a little homestead down thataway.
