~Sasha's POV~
I'm on my way to 'work', is how my dad calls it. I call it 'training myself to kill'.
I left earlier today because my dad told me to, he has an important meeting with the Spanish mafia this morning.
As I'm walking, I hear a child crying, I look around to see where the sound is coming from. I spot a small girl sitting in the corner of the alley with her knees to her chest. She's crying, but when she spots me, she looks away. I walk up to her.
"Hi there, sweetheart" I say walking up to her, she turns to me and I look in her eyes, she looks very scared.
"What are you doing here alone, are you lost?" She nods
"Do you know where your parents are?" She shakes her head no.
"Okay, well do you know your parents phone number?" I ask her
She shakes her head. " well, is there anyone out there who you're close to, that you know their phone number? Do you know where your house is?" I ask
"I know my brothers phone number" she mutters talking to the wall
"Okay, could you please tell me, so I could call him and pick you up" I say to her as I hand my phone to her
"What's your name sweetheart?" I ask as she types in the number
"Nicole" she whispers scared, giving me back my phone with the number on it.
"Okay Nicole, I pinky promise you'll get home safe." I say brining out my pinky for her, and she brings out hers, we make a promise.
"What's your name?" She asks me
"Sasha" I say smiling
I call her brother, it immediately goes to voicemail.
"Hello, this is Sasha, I'm calling you to tell you that I found your sister on the street, and I'm wondering if you can pick her up, me and Nicole will be waiting in that central park. Have a good day." I say to the voice mail
I send the voicemail "Okay sweetheart, are you hungry?" I ask Nicole
She nods "okay, there's a Mac Donald's in the park, how about we go there?" She nods again
"Okay" I say helping her up and I pick her up
...
We get to Mac Donald's, and I ask her what she wants "a happy meal, a happy meal." She says jumping up and down
"Okay, okay, I'll get you a happy meal." I say walking up to the cashier, I order her a happy meal and myself some iced coffee
We sit down and she starts eating "aren't you going to eat?" She asks me
"No, I'm not hungr-" but before I could answer she shoves a chicken nugget in my mouth, I look at her as she laughs, I also start laughing. I haven't felt like this in a hot minute.
She finishes eating and we decided to go to the fountain in the morning of the park.
She seems to be enjoying the walk, she talks to me more, she tells me how not a lot of people listen to her like me, no one except her brother.
I give her a few coins to make a wish in the fountain. She's about to tell me what she wished for but I stopped her
"Don't tell me your wishes or else they won't come true" I tell her and she giggles a bit
"Fine, I won't." She says

About and hour later we are walking and talking, and two armed men walk up to us. I slowly put my hand on the gun hidden in my belt, and put Nicole behind me.
"Hello, May I help you?" I ask the men
"Give us Nicole back and we will leave you alive" on of the men says, he looks grumpy and scary
"Oh come on Sebastian, be nice, we aren't going to kill her, it wasn't what boss ordered us to do." The second man says looking at the other Sebastian, he looks a lot more friendlier. I look at them confidently.
"Hello ma'am, are you Sasha?" He says, I nod still keeping the hold of the gun "good, I'm Theodore, we have come to collect Nicole from you, you called our boss about an hour ago informing us that she's here with you." I nod
"I'm sorry without proof, I can't let you take her." I say and without another word Sebastian points a gun at my forehead and as an instinct I pull out my gun and point it at him.
"Hey, hey, guys not in the middle of the park and in front of the child especially" says Theodore but neither me nor Sebastian put our guns down, if they didn't want to show me proof I will do anything in my power to keep this poor child safe, she makes me feel happy.
"It look like we need the boss here" whispers Theodore
He takes a few steps back and says something on the walkie-talkie still keeping an eye on us to make sure no one pulls the trigger
Few seconds later a man that look just slightly older than me. I feel Nicole tuck on my shirt and I crouch next to her
"That's my brother" she whispers in my ear pointing at the man that has just come here
"Then go to him" I whisper smiling knowing that she's safe now
I watch her as runs and hugs her brother and he picks her up and he hugs her back
I smile and put the gun back in my belt as her brother tells Sebastian to put the gun back
"Oh shit" I say as I look at my watch and realise my training starts in 10 minutes, if I'm late my dad will literally kill me, what will I'll tell him 'I was helping a random girl home' he already thinks I'm weak. "I have to go, bye" I wave and run.
