You were at home washing the dishes when you heard the phone ringing. You picked it up and saw that your bestie is calling you. "Hey Loren, what do you think about going to this Joker out concert I have heard of? Wanna go with me?". At that moment I was thinking if I ever heard of them. "Hmm, why if we dont even know them?" and she said "Come on, it will be fun! Everyone is saying their concerts are CRAZY!". I gave in and said "Sure Carie, ill go with you. But PROMISE me you wont get wasted again, okay?".
She laughed and said "Sure thing Lauren, I promise I wont". "When is gonna be the concert?" I asked and she said its gonna be on 25. of April. "WHAT? Carie that is crazy. That is like tomorrow!" and she said "I know lol. Okay i need to go Lauren. Thank you byee" and she hanged up. I was kinda mad because she knew that i dont like when people hang up when i want to say something but i wasnt thinking about that.
When I think about something it cant get out of my head. I was questioning myself how they even look so i googled them. And one of them was SO HOT. Than i researched what was his name and it was Jan. He was like Greek God. And than I said to myself that I cant be into one that i have not even seen . What if he has just good looks or if he is mean or anything. I mean he is kinda celebrity so he probably doesnt have time for anyone.
I wanted to get him out of my head so i just laid on the couch and turned on the TV when Carie texted me.
Messages:
Carie: Hey, would you come to my house tomorrow in the morning so we can spend some time together before we go to the concert?
Loren: I mean sure we can, why not. What will we do at your place?
Carie: I dont know. We can do anything you want. Or we can just get ready for the hottest guys you have ever seen!
*At this moment i felt butterflies in my stomach because i remembered seeing image of that one hot guy Jan.*
Loren: Okay okay Carie thats enough. They are probably ugly so dont get exited.*i lied*. Imma go to sleep now. Text you tomorrow. Night
Carie: Ok. Night bestiee!
I than shut down my phone and went to sleep still thinking about that Jan photo.
The next day
I woke up to 7 missed calls form Carie. I wondered what happened so i called her back. She said "Loren where are you, why didnt you answear to my calls!? Its 12pm. The concert is at 3pm! Hurry up and get ready, ill pick you up at your place." I than looked at the time and really. It was 12pm so that means my timer didnt woke me up.
I rushed to the bathroom to get ready. I was really in a rush so i just putted some cute clothes on and some makeup so i can get ready fast. Than she came and we drove off to Ljubljana. We went to get some coffee. I was looking at my phone when i bumped into someone. At that moment i was ready to yell at the person i bumped in but i couldnt.
The person gave me his hand so i look up to see who that was and it was Jan. That hot guy that i have seen yesterday. "Im sorry, are you okay?" he said with the prettiest voice i have EVER heard. "Yes i am". "Sorry i bumped into you. What is your name btw?". "Oh my name is Loren" and he said "Nice to meet you Loren, hope to see you again" he winked at me and went away.
Of course Carie started picking on me with the fact that Jan helped me get up and that he winked at me but i just didnt mind the fact that he was so nice. I didnt think that the hot guy and a celebrity can be nice to others. Everyone else that is a celeb are like really mean.
We went to some coffee place to talk a bit before concert. When we were talking my mom called me. "Loren, would you like to adopt a cat?". That was really random to me because she was always saying that cats are not good for a house pet. "Sure why not. I love them." "Okay sweety have fun, bye!". Carie and I laughed really hard because that seemed really random .
We than went to the place where the concert was and I stood speechless right there.
