As the blue embers consumed the village making it a ghost town in just mere seconds a man stood watching with two girls that were bruised and messy. He looked down with a gentle smile as he brushed their heads with each of his hands, "Let's go girls." He calmly spoke as if he was a normal dad on a field trip; he took hold of their hands and hummed a small tune walking back to urban life.
He had one more thing he had to do before he could leave the rustling streets of Tokyo which was to say goodbye to the man who helped him grow and enjoy life for once. He undid his hair letting it fall to its true length wanting to be more open with himself even if he isn't more open with anyone else. He stood still with a frown looking up at his best friend, Gojo Satoru, the people around were insignificant in this moment: mere shadows that passed and pushed. The only important thing in his eyes was the white haired male who screamed at him.
"Are you the strongest because you're Satoru Gojo? Or are you Satoru Gojo because you're the strongest?" He rhetorically asked knowing Gojo would be confused. He saw Gojo move expecting him to try and fight until to find warm arms wrapped around his waist."I'm Satoru Gojo, your best friend." A whisper flew into Suguru's ear as his eyes lit up with shock and tears. His arms desperately pulled Gojo closer and into a tighter embrace as they both sung their hearts out to each other. "I could've prevented Riko-chan's death..." he cried resting his head onto Gojo's shoulder as he recalled the utter fear in his mind when he saw the bullet pierce Riko's head, the blood that splattered onto the floor and covered his eyes in a bitter rage. They hugged in silence knowing that Suguru would be arrested for his massacre even if they did become friends again. At least they'd hug each other as each other and feel truly themselves at this moment.
A week had passed and things weren't easy for either, Gojo let him off resulting in harsh words from the top ranks of the jujutsu sorcery world but deep down Gojo didn't care about the punishments he knew they wouldn't rid them self of the strongest sorcerer; he just cared about his best friend being alright. After a stern telling off Gojo set off to find a near by plant shop with delphiniums , roses and others but it wasn't the plants that mattered. The pure silence was replaced by a short ding of a bell and a man came out with a large smile over his face, "Satoru."
