I was a topper in school, so the teacher said to her to take help from me.
it was my love at first , i fell in love with her smile she is my first and last love.
She did not like anyone but was comfortable with me when time together we had a lot of memories in high school
As time passed,  I proposed to her,  we both got into a relationship,  we were everything to each other.
Then, after a year passed, what happened that she went away  without saying anything to me.
I searched her everywhere but I couldn't find her she changed her own number  even left her own house and she completely disappeared.
Today, I found her in this condition
I don't know where she was for the last 4 years, how she was, and with whom.
I have many questions, but there is no answer, I do not understand anything. What was my mistake

Akshu had regained consciousness ,  she was looking  here and there to see  where she was because this room was not her.

On the other side, Akshu, hearing mihir  voice , remains  standing there . Many memories start coming to her mind

Ram says to mihir you really think it's not important for me you brought some girl home She's hurt She's in shock and you think it's not important for me.
