The Ambrosial Awards will begin on September 1st, 2023. It will run until November 1st, 2023.
The timeline will be as follows:
September 1st - September 31st : Entries accepted on Google Forms (the links will be provided and may be sent out as requested)
October 1st - October 25th : Judging
October 26th - November 1st : Finalizing & Posting Results
Some of our main guidelines will be below:
1. Our event will be contain 9 different genres with only 10 spots per genre. We will be requiring you to enter through the Google Form. This will make it easier for us to move this information to a larger document that each participant will have access to.
2. We will not be posting the participants list until the end of applications. Last time, it was way too difficult for Taylor to keep it up to date. Therefore, it will only be published at the end. We will be pming you once you are accepted with the document access.
3. Please be kind to each other. If we find out you are being unkind, we will be forced to remove you from our contest.
4. Please refrain from contacting our judges. They will not be sending out your results. These will ONLY come from our community account.
5. Please be patient. We will try our best to stick to the schedule, but things may get hectic. If this occurs, we will try to communicate the best we can.
6. You may NOT enter more than 3 books per author in our contest since it is much shorter.
7. Prizes will be figured up and announced later this month.
