When the Sun & Moon collide []Demon Tanjiro x Muichiro[]

Muichiro's POV

I woke up to the sound of banging on my estate door and Yuichiro yelling from the kitchen trying to tell whoever it is to go away. I got up out of bed to see who's at the door, it was Ms. Kanroji.

"Hi Muichiro!" Kanroji said, I just nodded in response, I wanted to ask how she was but then got interrupted by Yuichiro who was clearly pissed that she was here.
"What do you want?!"
"Oh, we are gonna have a meeting with the Master at noon, I just wanted to let y'all know" Kanroji answered, "That's today? Thank you for reminding us" I told her, she smiled and responded with you're welcome. Kanroji said goodbye then left, "Yuichiro, we should get ready, the meeting's soon" "I know, I know" he rolled his eyes at me.
Me and Yuichiro are both Hashira, alongside the other 8 Hashira. I became a Hashira at 14, Yuichiro became one a couple months after me, we've been on our own ever since our parents died. We were 10 years old when our mother succumbed to a terrible illness, and the same night our father died picking herbs for our mother. I miss them very much, Yuichiro got over them pretty quickly though, it's like he didn't care. But I know that deep down, he misses them.

"What do you think the Master wants to talk about Yui?"
"How should I know?"
"I wasn't asking if you knew, I just wanted to see if you had a opinion"
He took a second to think, then responded with, "It's just probably to tell us about some new Demon slayers, it's probably not too important"
I didn't talk to him after that cause I didn't know how to respond. 'I should get ready'

Me and Yuichiro left and started heading twords the Masters estate, we were greeted by most of the Hashira except for Tomioka Giyuu. He doesn't talk much, it's as if he was a dead corpse that just stands there, expect for when he's fighting that is.

We are now inside the estate, and the meeting just is about to commence.
I wonder what this is about, maybe it's like Yui said or something more important,
I snapped out of my thoughts as soon as the Master began to talk.

"Hello my children, I'm afraid I have bad news. You all know who Tanjiro Kamado is if I'm not mistaken."
'Tanjiro?' 'Is he ok?' I stopped thinking to see what the Master had to say next.
"He has been missing for over 2 weeks now, but now we know what has happened to him"
I start to feel my palms sweat and then start going into worry mode. '2 weeks!? He's been missing for that long and no one thought to tell  me- us sooner?'  I didn't want to be a distraction so I put my thoughts on pause once more.
"A fellow Demon Slayer found his sword and haori in the woods, covered in blood. Unfortunately we couldn't find any trace of his body but, we are positive... Tanjiro Kamado, was attacked and killed by a demon."

...

'Killed...?'

I couldn't believe what I just heard, I could feel tears starting to build up in my eyes, 'No.. t-that can't be right! Maybe he just had to leave that stuff behind, or m-maybe the Demon Slayer made it up, no. They couldn't lie to the Master like that' I felt eyes staring at me like they were jabbing daggers into me. Everyone is staring at me, the Hashira, Yuichiro, even the Master's children. I was about to ask them why they were staring then, I noticed all the tears falling onto my hands. The tears just kept coming, they wouldn't stop and I have no idea why. 'Stop crying. Stop. You're making a fool of yourself in front of the Master.' I wiped my eyes a few times, but it was no use, tears just kept flowing and falling. "Is something wrong, Muichiro?" the Master asked, he could probably hear my shaky breathing, 'Damn it'
I

tried to stabilize my breathing and I wiped my tears one more time before answering. "Y-yes, I'm f-fine, Master" I was hoping he wouldn't ask me anything else, it wasn't him though, it was Yuichiro. "Stop lying, you're clearly not fine" Yuichiro said trying to keep calm, "I-I am fine though"
"You don't have to lie to us Muichiro" Kanroji informed, "I'm not lying Kanroji, I-I'm-"
"You're everything but fine Muichiro! Stop saying you're fine, you're clearly not!" Yuichiro snapped, I felt tears flooding my eyes again "Damn it..." I mumbled, but it was loud enough for the Master to hear. "That is all, you may leave now everyone. Your crow will tell you your next missions." All of us got up and left his estate, I was running twords our estate and Yuichiro was running after me trying to catch up, probably to scold me about what happened at the Masters. I got there first but Yuichiro was right behind me. I didn't want to talk to him, I didn't want to talk to anyone actually, I had just found out my best friend was murdered by a demon, I just wanted to be alone. Unfortunately, Yuichiro doesn't care. As I had opened the door, Yuichiro slammed it shut and stood in front of the door so I couldn't escape. "Explain to me, why the fuck you were trying to lie to everyone?! INCLUDING, the Master!"
"..."

"ANSWER ME!"

"I DONT KNOW OK!!"

I snapped, I really didn't know why I was lying. We then saw my crow land on the window sill, "Muichiro Tokito! A group of demons are heading towards a village North-East of Mt. Natagumo! North! North-East!" I sighed while I held back tears, "I need to go, please move", "No"
"We can talk about this when I get back, Yuichiro"
"No, we are gonna talk about it now"
"I have a mission. Now move"
"No!"
"Why are you being so stubborn!?"
"You are not leaving, until I get an explanation!"
Tears were starting to flow down my cheeks as our arguing got worse. "There are people in danger right now Yuichiro, and I need to help them. Now, move out of the way please." I sighed, but he still wouldn't listen. Without thinking, I pushed him out of the way and ran right out the door. "MUICHIRO!" I could hear Yuichiro yelling my name telling me to come back, but I didn't listen. 'I don't have time for that, people are in danger and I have a job to do.'

I'm almost there, hopefully no one's been-'. My thoughts had been interpreted when I had seen the body of what used to be a demon, disintegrating. I ignored it and kept going towards the village. I saw 2 more bodies of deceased demons but, there was also blood around the body's. 'Shit, I'm too late...'
I kept going just in case, but then came to a pause when I saw something. A whole group of demons... massacred. 'The bodies haven't started disintegrating yet, so they must still be fresh. Who did this though?'
I saw something go by really fast, I put my hand on my sword and pulled it out of the sheath. I stood in a battle position ready to fight whatever I just saw.

Whatever the thing was, tried to attack my head on. I was able to move but is had clawed my arm. 'A demon..'

Mist breathing, 2nd Form. Eight Layered Mist!
The demon had dodged the attack and almost every other attack after that. 'Damn it, it's fast! Wait.. where did it go.?'  The wind started picking up, making it hard to hear the demon.

"Ggh"

I could feel a sharp pain in my left shoulder as some blood splattered on my cheek. The demon was biting me, I went for the head but all I could cut was it's arm. I faced forward just to meet the demon that charged into me, as we meet the ground, the demon had its hand around my neck holding me down. I lifted up my left arm to slice it's neck but, that ended with both my hands to the ground above my head. 'It's no use, I can't move...' I stopped fighting against it, not like it was helping anyway. My breathing was being cut off as the demon grasped my neck tighter,

'Im going to die'...

The moon suddenly came out from behind the clouds and was shining down on mine and the demons face, my eyes widened and my body stiffened. I felt like I was about to cry.

"Tanjiro?"
