I was moving to London today to find a new job. I was putting on my coat and found a piece of paper inside of it, I opened the piece of folded up paper and there was a number on it so I grabbed my phone of my desk and rang the number.
" hello " a voice said off the phone
" hello, it's rose who is this " I answered trying to find out who it was
" Rosie hi it's Joe..... from Spain a couple of months ago "
That's when I realised I never kept in touch with Joe
" hi how are you Joe "
" I'm fine and you? "
" good, I'm moving to London today "
" what are you serious do you have a place to stay "
" welllll no ! I'm probably going to stay in a hotel for a couple of days "
" you can stay with me for a couple of days !!! If you want ? "
" ok if you don't mind "
" I'll pick you up from the airport "
" sure , I'll be there around 6:30 "
" great see you then , bye "

When I landed in London I walked outside of the airport and found Joe waiting for me. He ran up to me and gave me a hug.
" hi, long time no see " he joked
" hi, so you ready to go "
" yep the taxi is over here "
When we got back to Joe's apartment he introduced me to Caspar. We had burgers for dinner and I was so tired I slept on the couch for the night.
