As the helicarrier landed in the field, the grass was winnowed by a gust of wind. The enormous, kevlar platform came down, creating a ramp. The two Avengers walked down it and got off the aircraft.

"Well, if not else, it's quiet." said Steve as he gazed at the beautiful scenery.

"Yeah, it's wonderful," Natasha exhaled. "You can run as around like a racing car all you want."

"I think I've run enough." sighed Rogers. "Let's hide this thing."

Natasha tapped on the screen in her hand and the helicarrier became transparent, camouflaging itself. On it's place, multiple realistic holograms of trees appeared.

"It's easer nowadays." remarked the captain. "Back in my days, we had to literally cover the hovercraft with grass."

"Back in your days there was no electricity." said Romanoff sarcastically.

"Not funny." Steve said, irritated. "I'm not that old."

"I know." Natasha tapped his shoulder.

They could see a wooden cabin on the horizon. They headed for it.

"Well, it's cozy." Rogers uttered as they went in.

In front of them a spacious living room uncovered. It had a minimalistic, modern design with nothing unnecessary taking up place. The kitchen was made out of mahogany and marble. The combination between the two was a perfect match. It was obvious that a person with taste had furnished it; and a big paycheck.

"S.H.I.E.L.D made this place?" Tasha walked around the room, canvassing the tiniest details that appealed to her. "Once all of this is over, I am buying a house like this one."

"Really?" Steve was surprised by her modesty. "I would have thought you'd want a mansion in Beverly Hills," he took a shot pause. "Or a beach house in Bali."

"I'm not the megalomaniac everyone assumes I am." she said with a slight grin on her face.

"Turns out we're a lot like." he muttered.

His gaze was drawn by the corridor on the left. He followed it and saw three doors, each next to the other. He pushed the handle on one of them, opening the door slowly.

"Now that is sick." Steve whispered to himself, his eyes widening by the sight.

"What?" Natasha asked. "Did you see a naked woman?"

Rogers rolled his eyes at her, annoyed by the comment.

"You know what Romanoff?" he looked at her. "I am going to turn away if I saw you naked."

"Was that supposed to be an insult or a proposal?" she smirked.

"Shut up." he urged.

She stepped in front of him and looked at the room. From the door she could see a cavernous room with French windows, a view to the ocean and a huge waterbed. Her gaze then moved to the right where she could see a big wardrobe, installed inside the wall.

"You ever tried one of those?" she asked.

"Are you kidding? I was around when they were invented." he replied.

She laughed and looked at him ambiguously, making a slight gesture, as if asking if he'd done someone. Before he answered she threw herself on the bed.

"No, I haven't." he answered to the unspoken question.

"God," she took a short pause. "You're so boring."

"Stop being so slutty." he wigged her.

"Hey," she raised her eyebrow. "I'm just teasing."

After about 20 minutes Steve had laid down on the bed. Just as he was drifting to sleep, his door slammed open.
