1 month later...?

After the incident, you didn't show up to school for days each week. And each time you did go, Noelle wasn't there either.

You got mildly depressed from how she reacted. You stopped showing up to school for a month. Your friend Kris was always checking on you and they were kind of like a personal therapist.

One day, you decided to head to school for today.

"Well, another day, another step-down."

As you're walking over to the living room, you pass a mirror and look at yourself. You weren't the same person. You looked at yourself in sadness. But, despite everything,

"It's still you."

At school for the first time in a month...

Today, you were late. You didn't jog as you usually would to make it on time, but instead you took the long way by accident and were walking instead. You made it by 9:40AM. 2nd period was starting. As you walk in, everyone at the lockers look at you in shock.

They knew it was you. They knew you changed over the 1 month break. You didn't care though. None of your friends were there. Except for Noelle.

You saw her staring at you in shock. You didn't mind anymore. You knew she didn't like you like how you did. You just continued walking to class as Kris showed up. You smiled and walked with him to class. Talking about what you were gonna do at the library tonight.

You and Kris had all the same classes. You spent the day working on a group project about history together. For the first time in a few months, you were happy.

At the Librarararararararararararary...

You and Kris were at the library. You both were drawing silly doodles in your notebooks. As you were drawing each other....Noelle walks in...?

You whisper to kris, "OH SHIT ITS NOELLE!".

Kris: Shit...!

You both hide your face in your notebooks, still drawing. As you're drawing each other still, a paper plane hits your forehead..?

"What's this..?"

This is what the note reads.

FROM: Noelle
TO: Y/N

"Dear Y/N, I haven't seen you in the past month and I never was able to tell you this. I like you too! I have ever since we met in highschool. (Yes, i knew it was you.) I hope you see this and, I love you. <3".

You're stunned. Blushing intensely.

"She...she likes me...?"

Kris: Huh? Who?

You show him the note.

Kris: Oh! Noelle?

"Yeah..!"

You begin writing back to her and throw it back over.
