August 1989

Years came and went,Hannah grew older. Before Meg knew it Hannah was Graduating High School at seventeen. Then she was packing up to head off to College. The university of Muskogee. She was in her room packing when her mother Meg came in to check on her. "Hey Sweetie got everything ready to go." "yeah Mama, I'm just a little nervous.' thats natural honey your gonna be just fine. I Konw it. " Thanks Mama, I Love you.' 'Love you to Baby Girl.' Meg Said as she hugged her.

Hannah looked around her room taking it all in before heading downstairs with her stuff. 'Hey Mama What time is Jo gonna be here?' 'She's already here, she's in the Kitchen with her Boyfriend.' 'She brought Billy with her YES!' she yelled as she ran down the stairs. She ran into the kitchen to see her cousin Jo and Jo's boyfriend Billy sitting at the table drinking some of her Mama's homeade Lemonade.

'BILLY YOUR HERE!!!' She Screamed as she ran around the table to give him a hug. 'Ofcourse I'm here, when Jo said she was coming here to help you move in to you'r dorm, I told her we were gonna need to bring my truck so we don't have to make two trips.' He said as he laughed. 'Hey i don't have that much i need to take with me.' She responded. That just made Jo and him Laugh even harder.

'I know you have been packing and re-packing for the last month' Jo said proving her point. 'Only because I can't decide what all clothes and shoes to bring with me, OK.' she counters with her hands on her hips. 'Honey you have six suit cases, they were right to bring Billy's truck it has alot more room in the back' Meg said to end the arguement. Jo's eye's bugged out at that number.'MAMA it is NOT six, It's four and five boxes.' Hannah said. Billy and Jo just looked at her and shook thier heads. 'What,It's all stuff i need.' she said and they all laughed again. 'Ok, let's go ahead load the truck up, so we don't get back to late.' Billy said walking out of the kithchen.

'MY GOD, HANNAH WHAT IN THE WORLD IS IN THIS ONE.' Bill yelled from the living room. 'What color is it?' she asked. 'It's the Blue one' He says. Hannah just shook her head and laughed. 'That one is My Shoes, REMEMBER To LIFT WITH YOUR LEGS' She yelled back at him. Her, Jo and Meg all had a laugh at that. Bill came back in to the kitchen and sat down at the table. 'You get it all in the truck already?' Jo asked suprised. 'No Just the Blue one, We might wanna call Dusty before we leave and see if he could help us get her stuff into her dorm.' He told her. 'Yeah we will, he'll help if we feed him.'

They were now all outside by Bill's truck when Meg came out with two bags. 'Mama what's that?' Hannah asked. 'Well one is Choclate chip cookies for the trip. And the other is for their friend Dusty, who I'm sure Bill will make carry your shoes in to your dorm.' Meg anwsered.

'Ok everythings loaded, Let's get on the road.' Bill said. 'Yeah we really need to get going it's almost a four hour drive.' Jo said as well. Hannah went to hug her Mama. 'I love you Mama. I will call you when I get to my dorm.' 'I Love you too, Angel. Call me often, and I will see you for Thanksgiving then winter break.' with that Meg gave her Daughter one last hug and kiss to her cheek.
