This is some background information to the story.
In this story blitzo is actually Alastor from hazbin hotel who was given permission from Lucifer to travel the rings and was basically given the rights of a hell born demon. This means that he was able to create I.M.P and Lucifer is aware of all of his movement. He also knows Lucifer personally due to him being so powerful. Lucifer also granted him a ring so he could change his appearance so nobody would be freaked out about the radio demon in a different ring and city than pentagram city. So in this blitzo hasn't told the rest of the company about his past and that he is the soul of a sinner and was to powerful to keep in pentagram city.
