21. Beginning of the trip

"We are going on a trip", Brittany shouted. My eyes went wide hearing her words, is she serious?

" What are you talking about? "

"I am sorry I forget to tell you. We are going on a trip tomorrow and I already submitted your name", she explained.

" No, no, no I am not coming ", I refused and continued to read my book. There is no way I will go on a trip tomorrow, I don't have anything prepared.

" Please, please it's just three days trip and I already payed for it. You wanted to enjoy your college year right? ", she asked I nodded my head in response. " Then it's the best chance. You'll get to see new places, do adventures. "

A trip.
Lots of people.
Talking with them.
Interacting with them.
A three whole day trip filled with unknown people!!!!

"No, no no. I'm not coming ",I shook my head thinking about all the things that could happen. "You're free to go if you want".

"Fine", she sighed sadly. " But I just got the news that Ben is also coming".

My heart skipped a beat at his name. Last night I fell asleep in his arm and had no idea when he went away, I did forgive him but the awkward air was still visible between us.

" Ok, I am coming ", I jumped up from my seat already getting my things ready .

" I knew it",she smirked , not having any comeback words I took the pillow and threw it straight to her face.

I looked at my travel bag filled with clothes and other necessary things. All thanks to Shawn who forced me to take this bag maybe he knew that something like this will happen. Thankfully I got permission for trip, which is quite shocking as Dad immediately agreed for it.

It was really stupid but I thought that we might be going in bus which made Brittany laugh, of course we are not school students. We have to go in our personal vehicle, which I don't have, luckily Brittany does but she gave a lame excuse that she doesn't want to put her car in danger.

I am getting a little suspicious, she has been acting a little weird since few days.

My thoughts came to halt as a car stopped in front of us.

"Hey Bree", the boy in passenger seat said. There was a girl on his lap, not just sitting but grinding on him. My eyes went to others sitting behind to see their reaction but none of them seemed to mind it.

" H-hey Cole ", Brittany said through greeted teeth. She looked disappointed and sad, I hope we are not going in his car.

The Cole guy eyed at me from up to down then whispered something to the girl and she immediately went behind to the other boy. He opened the door and stood in front of us.

" We are actually full but we can manage if you are comfortable ", he winked at me making me cringe at him.

I looked at Brittany and shook my head there is no way I'll seat on anyone's lap.

" It's not a big deal, I won't mind having you on my lap", he said looking at me, his friends chuckle at his words.

"There won't be need for it", a smile came on my face hearing Ben's voice. I turned to my left and saw Ben and Kevin, but there was something that made me even more happier.

Their car.

" What are you doing here? ", Cole asked.

" We are also coming with you", Kevin said with a teasing smile " And we have enough place for this beautiful girls"
