Are you defending what's yours, baby?

Letty was getting herself ready for Mia's birthday, as Dom was taking a quick shower.

In order to get ready on time they had decided to take their showers separately, 'cause if they were together, naked, there was no way they could keep their hands to themselves.

The thought made Letty smile as she touched up her soft curls.

She made her way over to the closet to extract the corset and leather pants she had decided she'd wear, together with a pair of strappy heels.

She threw on her outfit and studied her reflection in the mirror: the corset was black, a delicate pattern of tiny, white flowers graced it in a way that was feminine but not too girly, and it pushed her breasts higher on her chest.

She turned to check the side view and noticed the way the leather pants hugged tightly her every curve, enhancing them in a way that was sexy but not vulgar.

"My, my, my I'm gonna have a hard time keeping my hands to myself tonight", Dom said eyeing Letty appreciatively as he made his way into their bedroom with just a towel wrapped around his waist.

"You look absolutely stunning", he added as he fully took her in, his eyes roaming up and down her body in a way that made Letty want to strip her clothes off and jump on him there and then.

"Thank you baby" she said as she stepped towards Dom to kiss him, his hands immediately finding their place on her waist as he responded to her kiss.

"I just want to put some mascara and lip gloss on and I'm ready to go", she informed.

"Okay babe, I'm gonna be ready by the time you're done", he returned, putting on his black shirt, leaving two of the upper botton open, and a pair of jeans.

They quickly made their way to the car and sped off into the night to reach Brian and Mia's house.

When Dom took her hand to lead her in the backyard, Letty noticed that the atmosphere was pleasently soft: fairy lights decorated the trees, lanterns were placed both on the table and on the grass to create a calm and suffused vibe.

When Mia spotted them, a huge grin spread over her face, as they walked towards her.

"Happy birthday, girl" Letty said hugging Mia tightly.

"You look amazing, sis!" Letty complimented, knowing that Mia's confidence needed a boost after she gave birth to her second child.

"Oh thank you Let, you are pretty hot yourself!" she answered, turning towards Dom to hug him back.

"Happy birthday Mi, and by the way you do look beautiful, Brian's a lucky man". Dom told her as he handed her the present he and Letty had got her.

"Thank you, but you guys need to stop bringing presents over!"

"You're really gonna thank us when you open it" Letty said, turning towards Dom and winking at him.

Brian came out the house putting little Jack on his feet so that he could greet them as well.

By the minute, the people they called family made their way over and the familarity of it all was comforting.

"Hey Let, can I tell you something?", Mia asked Letty, lightly tugging her aside as Letty followed.

"Of course, Mi" she answered, waiting for Mia to speak.

"Elena's gonna stop by with Hobbs, you know, she always came over for birthdays and stuff so I thought I'd invite her before she heads back to Rio", Mia let out almost nervously.

"I hope that's not a problem", she stated, looking into Letty's eyes for reassurance as she bit down her bottom lip.

Even though the thought didn't thrill Letty, she really wanted her best friend to spend her birthday with the people she wanted with her.
