In this chapter, we are going to talk about the description of your stories!
I'm not really sure how I should explain how to make a description, as I'm bad at it myself, but I'll do my best. (With the help of google of course lol)

story descriptions are a great way for users to quickly read what your story is about and to decide if they want to read your story.
- Wattpad

Story description
└◌───❀*̥˚───◌───❀*̥˚┘

To start off; Book descriptions are like trailers, except that you won't tell the events that happens at your story, but you will tell the readers enough information about what your story is about; Being very careful to not give off spoilers, of course!

Describe your book in simple, straightforward, and consumer-friendly terms. Give readers enough information to understand what your book is, what it's about, and if they'll like it.
- Google.

This one is my favorite-

If u want to personalize your description, I recommend using messletters.com for the symbols, different fonts, etc, etc..
Of course, there are different apps for the personalization, but I personally recommend using messletters.com (since its the only one that I use lol)
It's a site, no need to pay and no need to download anything! Just copy and paste. lol

Some people who personalizes their descriptions (and, sometimes, their chapters), often use different languages, mainly the Japanese and English language, for their chapters/description personalization, so their story could be more cutesy and aesthetic.

This topic is quite sensitive, I'm assuming, as there are two different opinions when it comes to this kind of thing.

1. It's offensive.
Why? Languages are a part of culture, it is the way people communicate with each other, build relationships, create a sense of community, convey cultural ideas and beliefs. In addition it influences attitudes and behavior. Using them as aesthetic fonts/symbols is offensive because it reinforces the idea that these languages are a bunch of cute symbols that you can use for your own benefit to make your bio look ''pretty''. Because of how frequently these languages are used for decor purposes they end up being perceived only as aesthetic symbols/fonts and not a language.
- Gayatri Chaurasia. .

2. It's for beauty.
I couldn't find someone trying to justify this, and since I do not want to justify the use of languages for aesthetic, since I also do not agree with this anymore, I would rather just let this in blank.
- Me.

I highly recommend for you to not use languages as an aesthetic. They are a part of culture, and using them as an aesthetic is like using the culture as an aesthetic.

If u want to personalize your stories and/or bio, u can use symbols, emoticons, and even different fonts, but do not use culture for aesthetic.

I did this in the past, and I regret as now seeing how wrong and offensive it is.

weeell, I think that's it? lol Cya 'till the next chapter!
