Joel pov:

I was scrolling up my phone watching YouTube because why not?

Lizzie left the house 3 hours ago to go work leaving me home alone for the day (sad times). And jimmy? Idk where the fuck he is but I hope he is safe.

But then that's when I heard something...

It was in the kitchen?

See normally I would think it's the dog trying to get the food from the table. If I was dog I would do the same/hj

But rn the dog is with me in the living room, sleeping on the floor right next to me?

I look down. To see the dog still fast asleep, before looking back at the door

"Jimmy?" Idk why but I said jimmys name, I had a feeling it was jimmy but not 100% if it was him.

As lizzie dosent come home until 8:27
Or 7:13 most depending if there is less traffic on the highway.

Suddenly I hear the kitchen door open. And I know it was THAT door because it's the only one that a horrible noise when you open it.

"BUZZZ!!"

I look down at my phone, jimmy messaged me, and it said...

Jimmy: heyy joel!! I should tell u I'm rn on my way to ur house!! Tho I might be stuck in traffic for 15 mins as the road is closed again!

Also I hope u don't mind me bringing Fwhip and Gem. As they don't feel safe in their house ( and when I say "they" I mean Gem) Anyway I'll see u soon!!

Damm they closed the road again?
But they finished fixing it 2 days ago maybe less??

I look up from my phone and look out the window

The area me and lizzie lived in was, what some people say " in the middle of the woods" as it was far away from city or any villages around the area, which would take 39 mins to get to the closest village.

We have no close neighbours nearby the house which was good for me as I hate talking to people, they call me "short man" tho I'm not that short! I'm taller that Shrub.

"BUZZ!!!"

"Again?" I look back down at my phone to see its jimmy again? He want to facetime??

I answer the call and turn on my camera to see jimmy driving as Gem and fwhip at the back looking tired

On the call: (Pretend they aren't texting)

Jimmy: Joel what the Fuck
Joel: what did I do?

Jimmy: the main road is closed and 3 other roads to your house are also closed!

Joel: Eh!? Wait so 4 roads are closed?
Jimmy: FOR FUCK SAKE!

I watch jimmy quickly stopping the car and looking hella mad before flipping the camera to show me another road closed

Jimmy: This is the now getting annoying why are the roads closed?!
Joel: I don't know!

I hear the noise again. It sounds like its closer to me, no longer in the kitchen but in the hallway.

I quickly look up before looking back at   jimmy who looks at me confused

Jimmy: what the hell was that noise?

Joel: I actually don't know. I thought it was the dog in the kitchen but it's with me sleeping on the floor.

Jimmy: Is it lizzie?
Joel: no, she is right now at work
Jimmy: hey Joel..
Joel: yes jim?

Jimmy: I think I know who it is...
Joel: who?

I hear the noise get closer...

Jimmy: Joel...GET OUT THE FUCKING BUILDING NOW

I hear the noise again before looking up... at the living room door which was open? I remember closing it before lizzie left.

Joel: give me a minute! It might of been a raccoon tho i never knew raccoons can open doors!

Jimmy: raccoons can't open doors! Well they might but the doors at your house are very heavy and no raccoon can open it!

Joel: so what is it?
Jimmy: IT HDH3JSBEISKD-

My phone starts glitching and jimmys voice becomes a glitch before it turns of by its own.

Joel's pov: (again)

What the fuck? My phone starts glitching and now turns of?!

Fucking hell Ik that my phone was broken but it not That broken to do that!

The noise stops...

Finally it because quiet, but something felt wrong idk what but I start remembering what jimmy told me, saying I should get out of the house? He sounded scared and angry at the same time.

I could hear my dog breathing calmly

I could hear myself breathing calmly

I could hear something breathing
It was coming the living room door

I don't want to look, I don't want to know, what the Fuck was it but I could feel it, it was looking at me?

I turn my head slowly towards the door...

That's when I saw him,
It was scott.
He looked different,
He had at smile on this face.

His hands on the door
He was in the shadows of the hallway and living room.

He didn't stop looking at me.

"Scott?"

Jimmy's pov:

Joel disconnects from the call...

"Jimmy, You need to tell me everything.." fwhip growled at me before looking at Gem "And sis You need to also explain"

"Fwhip please ill explain everything soon right now we need to-"

"Fwhip, I need you to Watch your mouth with Gem right now! Also Gem dosent need to explain Shit to u rn"

I turn the car on and drive back to the main road.
