Kalmado kaming pumasok sa loob ng hukoman tulad ng iba pang mga tao, sa kabilang parte ay naroon ang kampo ng acusado, habang dito naman sa parte kong saan ako naka upo ay ang pamilya namin at ilang mga tao pang diko kilala ang iba.

Ng maayus ng naka pasok ang lahat ay may isang babae na nasa early 30s ang nag lakad patunggo sa podium at nag salita.

"Please rise. The court of the Fourth Judicial circuit, criminal division, is now in session. The honorable judge Honorita Balderama, residing." Saad ng lalaki

Pumasok ang isang babae na nasa 50s suot ang purong itim ba tela at seryuso lamang itong nag tunggo sa upuan nito doon sa may tabi nong bailiff.

"Everyone but the jury may be seated, Mr. Dimagiba And Mr. Ardiente please swear in the jury " the judge said

Nag lakad patunggo sa may podium  ang isa pang lalaki na kapwa nya naka suot ng formal attire. Ng naka lapit silang pareho ay muli nanamang nag salita iyong babae

"Please raise your right hand. Do you solemnly swear Or affirm That you will truly listen to this case and render a true verdict and afair sentence as to this defendant?" The girl ask and they both answered 'yes i do.'

"You may be seated" she said

"Members of the jury, your duty today will be determined wether the defendant is guilty or not guilty base only on facts and evidences provided in this case. The prosecution must prove that a crime was committed and that the defendant is the person who committed the crime..... however if, you are not satisfied to the defendant's guilt to that extent, then reasonable doubt exists, and the defendant must be found not guilty. Mr. Dimagiba and Mr. Ardiente, what is the case today?" The judge said

"Your honor, the case today's is the Assassination of the Lee family." The lady said

Napa tanggo naman ang judge bago ito muling mag tanong

"Is the prosecution ready?" She ask

Tumayo si Kuya  bago sumagot ng "yes, your honor" at muling bumalik sa pagkaka upo

"Is the defense ready?" Muling tanong ng judge, ngayon ay iyong isang lalaki naman ang tumayo. Tulad din ni kuya ang ginawa nito at sinagot.

"Yes, your honor" at naupong muli

Matapos ng mga tanong ng judge ay tumayo na si Kuya at nag tunggo roon sa may podium bago nag salita, he's the prosecution attorney.

"Your, honors. Members of the jury, My name is Mcklenton Ty Iskender  and my co-council and i are representing the Assassination of the lee family, in this case." Saad ni kuya

Seryuso lamang itong nag sasalita habang nakikinig kami maging ang judge.

"We intend to proved that on the day of May, 6 20xx at exactly 8:00 in the evening in their Own house and lot The Assassination happen. We intend to proved that on the same day After the lee family received the threat is the same day the Assassination happen. Please find that Mayor Nelson Mandela is guilty of Murder. Thank you " at muli itong bumalik sa pwesto nya

Parehong tahimik ang magkabilaang panig, parehong nag mamasid st nakikinig lamang sa mga mag sasalita.
