Barkha and Ruhana leave the hospital after the routine checkup. As they leave the hospital, Ruhaana feels a familiar presence. She thinks that Vineet is in the hospital. But she nudges herself, and she wants to forget him. She only wants to focus on herself and her unborn child. Barkha takes her to their favorite place – Fusion Flavours Cafe.
“Wow! You surprised me! Thanks for bringing me here.” Ruhana chuckles.

“I knew only Fusion Cafe could cheer you up. We’ll have doughnuts, coffee, and creamy pasta.” Barkha says.
“ Let’s go in. And we’ll talk about it.” Barkha says and paves her way inside the cafe.
Ruhana knows that Barkha has something to share with her, and she wants to treat her as well. They occupy the corner seat, as they love, to see the beautiful pool on the other side of the cafe. Barkha places the order and then looks at her friend. Ruhana knows that she’s up to something.

“Barkha, kya hua? Sab thik hai na?” She inquires.
“Han, Ruu! Sab thik hain. Main bas tumse apologise karna chahti hoon.” Barkha says.
“Kyun? Tum aise kyun keh rahi ho?” Ruhana asks softly.
“Kyunki I took you wrong, Par tumne mujhe bharosa karna sikhaya hain. Aditya se breakup ke baad main kisi pe bharosa nahi kar paati hoon. Lekin tumne Vineet pe bharosa kiya. Aur aj bhi tumne usey bhula ke apne bache ke baare mein socha.” Barkha says this while looking at Ruhana.

“ Trust is the key, Barkha. You trusted me, and everyone associated with me trusted me. But Vineet broke my trust. Maine uspe bharosa kiya, usse dil se pyar kiya. He will suffer for what all they did.” Ruhana says, and a tear escapes her eyes.
“ Main jaanti hoon, Ruu. isliye toh main tumse maafi maang rahi hoon. Tumne wo kiya jo main kabhi nahi kar paati. I respect your decision, Ruhana. Isliye maine decide kiya hain ki main tumhare saath hi rahungi. I will shift in with you. Hum wo puraani baatein kabhi yaad nahi karenge.” Barkha says, smiling at Ruhana.

“That’s great, Barkha. I am glad that you understood.” Ruhana is touched, and she smiles at her friend.
Meanwhile, their order is served, and they relish their food and coffee. They chat heartily, and then they decide to return home. Barkha drops Ruhana off at her flat and promises her that she will shift with her the other day, as it’s Sunday and she needs to pack. Ruhana agrees and asks her to text once she reaches home. Barkha agrees, and she drives off.
***** City Hospital
Vineet reaches the hospital and meets Dr. Sameer Khanna. The doctor is the same age as Vineet. He greets the doctor and sits opposite him. The doctor looks at him, and he looks worried. Vineet asks him the reason for which he’s been called.
“Vineet, you must take care of yourself. Main tumhe phir se keh raha hoon, jo tumne ye ajeeb shauk paale hain, unko chhod do.” Sameer says.

“Tum kehna kya chahte ho? Aur aisa bhi maine kya kar diya jo tum itna ukhad rahe ho?” Vineet looks at him and says it rudely.
“Main wahi keh raha hoon, jo tum samajh rahe ho. Main jaanta hoon, tum kaun kaun si cheezon mein pade ho. Agar sehat ka khayal nahi rakhoge toh tumhara ye celebrity hona bhi kisi kaam ka nahi rahega.” Dr Sameer says.
Vineet is astonished at the choice of words from his friend and doctor. He has no courage to answer the doctor. Sameer also adds that Vineet must also get into a serious relationship. His habit of sleeping with different girls could push him onto the deathbed. Vineet is staring at Sameer.
“Staring at me won’t help you, Vineet. Tum apni ye buri aadatein chhod do toh acha rahega. Tum bahut bade singer ban gaye ho lekin zaroori nahi ki har baar luck tumhare saath hoga. Mind my words.” Sameer says sternly.
“Arsh pe ho, lekin jo tumhari harkatein hain, unse tum farsh pe aake giroge. Usse pehle sambhal jao toh tumhare liye acha hoga.” He says and at the same time, his phone rings, and the doctor gets busy.

Vineet is sitting astounded, he doesn’t know what to do, but he walks out of the cabin. Meanwhile, his phone rings, and with the news that's been given to him, he forgets Sameer’s words and walks towards his car.
A big day has begun for him.
***** Ruhana is at her home. She has changed into a comfy night suit. She gazes at herself in the mirror. Her belly is slightly bloated. She keeps her hand on her belly and unknowingly, a tear escapes her eyes. It seems like she’s apologizing to her unborn baby. She didn’t think that she'd be the only one welcoming the child. She trails down the memory lane where it all started. Though she's raged, she chooses to reminisce about the sweet memories that she spent with Vineet.
