Spade's POV
"Lord pls let her live, cause i cant live without her. She is my everything"
After 3 hours the doctor went out.
"Doctor how is she?"
"Im sorry to tell you but she is on a comatose. We can never predict if she will survive or not and there's another problem her heart is damaged too. She can woke up but her life will not last long if she won't undergo in a heart transplant"
I quikly went to Eunice's room. I hold her hand and looked at her face for the last time.
"Eunice what ever happens always remember that youre the only girl that i have loved."
I leave the hospital and went home. I grab a pencil and a paper and wrote a letter for Eunice then started the engine of my car.
While driving I close my eyes until i bumped in another car. My soul already leave my body and i can see that there are peole who are helping me. They brought me to the hospital and notice the letter that i wrote for Eunice.
♥THE LETTER♥
Dear Eunice,
If you are reading it now I guess your operation went well and im glad to know it. Always take care so you will be stronger. Always remember that i love you and my heart is only for you. Your heart is my heart before thats why don't feel lonely cause Im always with you. I'll always watch you from heaven. Love you,love you that's my last words for you. Dont even think to cry after reading it or else my heart will be hurt. Always put a smile on your face cause it simply makes you shine. I decided to give my heart to you cause I love you and we can never be together because we are siblings. Just imagining me without you it seems that im also dead so im happy to give you my heart so even if im already dead atleast we are together.

The nurses who have read the letter have told the doctor that if I will not survive my heart must be given to Eunice. As I planed I didn't survive so my heart was given to Eunice and she had a successful operation. After few days she woke up from comatoes.
