Ariana and kai would be in a supply closet in republic studios. pulling away, kai would look deep into Ariana's eyes as they both panted.

"You know i have to leave soon and go get my daughter and parents from the airport" kai said breathless as she looked at Ariana.

"Just a few more minutes" Ariana said as she pulled kai back towards her, locking their lips together. it had been 3 days since their first kiss, they haven't really left each other's sides since then. only time they were apart was when one of them needed to shower, use the bathroom, or use the phone. besides that, they were stuck to the hip. "Alright I really have to go I'll call you later" kai said as she pulled away.

" Anyways I'm going to call my lawyer for an update" Ariana said as she got up and left the room. walking down the hall a bit she grabbed her phone and called her lawyer.

"Hello?" he said when he answered the phone.

"it's Ariana, I was wondering if there was an update" she said as she spoke softly into the phone.

"Ah yes he signed the divorces papers on the condition he gets half of your cars" he said through the phone.

"He can have them. I just want him out of my life as soon as possible" Ariana said as she leaned against the wall.

"His lawyers also tried to find a loophole with the prenup but failed in doing so" he said as he spoke in a serious tone." I also noticed they have hired a PI on you Aswell.'

"And why would they do that?" Ariana said in a pissed off tone.

"To try and dig up dirt on you. or to prove you cheated first or something" he said.

" I never cheated, and I only started sort of seeing someone three days ago after we separated" Ariana said as she thought for a second.

"I'll need proof of this in case they try something" she heard the lawyer say.

"I'll have scooter send over security footage, I'll get mt phone location records, texts, and the data off of my car's GPS system" she said as she looked around really quick. " Will that be enough?"

"Yes, it will. I'll let you know more later" he said before hanging up. sighing softly Ariana went back to the room. walking in, she sat down on the couch.

"Well?" Courtney said looking at her best friend.

"I will tell you later" she said as she grabbed her music journal.

*Meanwhile with kai*

kai was driving down the highway towards the airport in a deep thought. she wondered how she could help her daughter, and everything that happened with Ariana in the last few days. Smiling softly, as she thought of the popstar and that she finally got her daughter to a safe place. after an hour drive, she pulled up to the airport. kai parked her truck in the parking garage then got out and walked to the building towards her family's arrival gate. A 10-minute walk later, she finds the gate and waits for the plane's arrival. while waiting, kai went over to the nearby Starbucks to get her family some drinks before they arrived.
