8:47am, February 1, 2022. Tuesday - In Tursue

I'm bad at making names-

Ringggg

Meizy wakes up at 8:59 AM. Not realizing she's late.

"W..what time is it..?" Meizy checks the time and realizes its 9AM. "9 am?! ALREADY?!" Meizy rushes to get ready. She felt like she only slept for an hour.

She goes for a quick shower and put on her clothes. She then gets her bag even without checking what's inside of it.

TIMESKIP - 10:26am

Meizy walks in the halls greeting her co-workers awkwardly. She finally reaches her boss's office and finds her boss, Katrine, with a straight face.

Katrine takes a deep breath and gestures Meizy to sit.

"How many times do I have to give you a warning because you're LATE!?" Katrine tries not to shout. "Please tell me a valid reason." She sighs

"I'm sorry Miss..its just that my mom-" Meizy tries to explain, but instead she gets cut off by her boss.

"Ohh, Your mother? is this about your personal life again?! Meizy. Have I ever came to work with a sad face and not doing work just because my husband left me!?" Katrine raises her voice at Meizy standing up.

"No miss Katrine." Meizy says softly, scared.

Katrine sits down again taking a deep breath before talking again." I'm giving you one LAST chance. Did you finish the book your writing? " Katrine says curiously

" No miss Katrine. I am almost done. " Meizy says softly, obviously lying.

"It better be done in the next 3 months or else I'd have to replace you, since its needed." Katrine says not believing Meizy.

"But- Miss Katrine-!" Meizy begs her boss to not replace her.

" No buts. wouldn't, if you finish your book." Her boss stands up getting her purse. "You are dismissed. And finish the book if you will?" Miss Katrine seems annoyed.

Meizy nods and stands up to get our of her office 'It feels just like getting in trouble in class..This sucks.' Meizy thinks while walking to her desk.

'What am I even gonna write!? I haven't even started yet, I have no ideas!!' Meizy says in her thoughts, thinking of a story she can write about. She's in trouble.

TIME SKIP - 3:10 PM, at the Cafe

Meizy and her friend are in the cafe, since it was after work hours.

"O to the M to the G, Meizy!!" Rose says making Meizy laugh
