Baniel - I know love when I see it

Chapter 13

Daniel helped me get ready, dressing myself into my own clothes and not a fucking gown. We stayed in the room because the nurses just brought us two food. They brought me no food at all, just water. Daniel, they gave him a sandwich, jello, soda, and chips. No just any chips.... Doritos! He set his tray on the couch as I stared down at my water.

"Hey, drink up!" He sat beside me and smiled.
"I don't want to, that's the problem, skip. Why aren't you eating?" I asked as he put his arm around me.
"Well, you don't get to eat, I don't. You don't get soda, neither do I. You're my beautiful boyfriend and I care about you, a lot if you haven't noticed! Beau, it's fine, drink your water, okay? Be healthy because I love you and it'll help. I promise." He kissed my cheek as I picked up the water and chugged it, chucking the cup at the floor with a sigh. "I want you to be healthy and not worry about me though, Daniel. Please, just eat." I begged as he pecked my neck and jawline repeatedly, shaking his head no. "Fine." I whispered, ignoring the fact and just sat, enjoying his love. "I love you." He smiled and laid back as I stayed in the same position nodding. "I love you too, Daniel. I love you too."

Daniel and I spent the whole day together which made me happy. Lauren and Camila headed back to where they were staying, spending their honeymoon. Skip and I played black jack, watched some TV, we both starved to death! We played board games and talked, just like the old times. We're still best friends, but it was like that was all we were. It was nice, but I do like Daniel's love and having him to myself.

"Ah! What about this one?" Daniel was scrolling through Netflix, the horror movie section.
"Oh! 'The Ward', scary!" I read the title of the movie that my boyfriend had landed on. We both laughed, daniel pressing A to accept it, so we can watch it. Selecting it, I sighed, yawning as he giggled. "Tired?" He asked as I nodded with a grin.
"Yeah, I'll watch it until I fall asleep, though." Reaching over, I kiss his cheek, him setting his hand on my thigh. The movie started, right away it began telling the story with the main character, her running from the cops. She burned down a house... Wow. I got a bit bored after a while, but it started getting good when she met the people in the hospital.
I quickly dozed off, putting my arm around Daniel, knowing it was a scary movie and he usually cuddles with me and squeezes my hand. He gets scared easily!

I felt his breath on my neck, I opened my eyes and saw him turning the tv off with a, 'holy shit' look.

"What?" I asked, noticing that outside was already bright. "How long did you stay up, skip?"
"Well, until the movie ended. It was a great film, actually. You should've stayed up and watched it with me! Scary." He winked and pecked my lips. "What was the ending?" I asked as he laughed.
"Well... You know the girl? She um was like really crazy, she said she wasn't but she made those people up, the whole story was her being crazy." He turned to me for my reaction as I shook my head, laughing. "What?" He pouted. I can tell he really likes the movie. "You're too cute. Daniel, I love you so much." I smiled, giving him a kiss as the nurse walked in. "Oh! Sorry, Beau, here's your prescription." She smiled, handing Daniel a bottle.
"Thank you. And no worries! It was just a kiss." I winked as daniel read the bottle, looking up as she left the room, closing the door. "Your kisses aren't just any kisses to me." He smiled, setting the bottle on the table and turning to me, laying down. "I'm gonna take a nap, if you don't mind." He yawned, me rubbing his back and kissing his nose.
