This series is probably the best series I have ever read. Since I am fascinated with wolves I decided to give the first book a try. After a few chapters I fell in love. The author (Kathryn Lasky) uses do many describing words to make you feel like you are there. Of corse before I read this series I reAd the Guardians of Ga'Hoole series. I also fell in love with that one. So anyway the first book is about a young wolf pup named Faolan who is born a malcadh (a pup with a disorder) is abandoned on a tummfraw ( a place where a malcadh is left to die) but, he does the most amazing thing, HE SURVIVES!!! He is rescued by a grizzly bear named Thunderheart who just recently had both of her cubs killed by a cougar. She rescued him and raised him as her own. She teaches him everything she knows about bears even though he is a wolf. I'll catch up with you guys later BYE!!!!
