Callum was now known. Not that he wanted to be. The people in his office, especially the men, began to get mad at Callum for being the best detective. The women began gossiping about what might be wrong with Callum and if he was mentally stable. One girl tried to stand up and defend Callum but this was a bad idea. After she told them that she would be telling the bosses of their behaviors the girl who was named Lana began to have problems. The girls would slip laxatives in her drinks and mess up her work space. Callum saw this and would change out her water and pick up her work place when she was gone. The women saw this and were furious. They formed a plot.

At the same time the men were researching Callum and found his record. He was reported missing by his father but when the men looked into his father's record they found that Callum's father was violent towards Callum and others. The men smiled and it was done.

The two groups were plotting attacks for each person. The women were going to beat up Lana and the men had contacted Callum's father. Little did the women know that Callum knew about their attack. The women led Lana to the back of the building and jumped her. It was a dog fight. After they were done they turned but a shadow blocked them. Callum stood over them and when Lana saw this she was not scared but felt safe. Callum looked at all the women and without saying anything slammed all their heads to the ground. Callum helped Lana up but instead of walking back Lana hugged Callum tight. Callum looked at her but began hearing footsteps running his way. He tried to turn but because Lana was hugging him the person put Callum in a choke hold and began plunging their knife in Callums back over and over again until they finally let go. Callum fell to the ground as the person jumped on his back and began slamming their fists against his skull. Lana screamed and ran back to the office to call for help but the back door was shut and the only other way in was the front but in order to go to the front she would need to pass Callum. Because of how scared Lana was she crouched in a ball and began crying while watching as the man beat Callum over and over. After Callum stopped moving the man stood up and grabbed Callum by the collar of his vest, from his pile of blood. As the man dragged his son Lana looked in helplessness as the man threw Callum in the back of his all tinted, black car and drove off.
