Once long ago, there was the ice king. His holy crusades stopped once the winters became too harsh. His right hand Bob, and his left one, Ronald. His best military advisors thought differently. They begged the king just for another chance at the reckoning against the nest. Winters became ever worsening. In the wake of the nest, and the mating season hundreds of dragons flew in the skies. These mating seasons became the harshest of the harsh winters. The Windracos have lengeds where, with a simple flap of their membrane wings could start snow devils and hurricanes. Of course, a peasant wouldn't know much of that. One of those cold, dry, snowy nights, the daughter of Ronald became sick. He prayed, but as symthoms worsened, he took initiative. He with his best friend Bob distracting the boarder patrol, Knight Ronald Oldrich left the Frostwind. Earning him a heafty price to pay. As an outlaw, Ronald scoured the lands of many. Looking for some miracle cure for his daughter.
Ronald Forged a silver blade, so shiny it could reflect the crystalbeams of Mineraldracnids, and so sharp so he could cut the gems off. With the gems, and the herbalism knowledge of the swamp tribes, such miracle cure Ronald was looking for was quite possible. Infact, less then a month was required to achieve such. Of course, Ronald's past of being a military admiral was quite a headstart.
Reaching Frostwind, he sneaked into his old house. It was worse for wear then before. And her daughter layed motionless. Against his good judgement, he still tried to get Elyn to drink the tribal concauction. He awoke in his cold tears, sensing the march of soldiers and possibly Bob. He fled Frostwind once more, and swore to never look back. He didn't know that his daughter was safe, neither that his daughter will grow up to be an assasin. An orphan taken in by the church just to assasinate King Frozenheart. Nor that his daughter obtained a fox spirit.
Knight Ronald Oldrich thus fled Frostwind, turning a new leaf as an advanturer. A hardened veteran. Upon his many adventured, once he met with a robed man, who could defeat him with a single coal cube. The man was quite familiar with the ice kingdom, so Knight Ronald Oldrich only introduced himself as "Kro". They became friends. That guy way apperently one of the Four Sages, a man of many arts and artifacts. After one of these journeys together, Kro was bestoved an artifact by the four sages. Kro and Lee decended on the floors of the grand library, reaching the artifact vault. Only dangerous and powerful weapons, tools and gadgets got to be kept in this floor. As they stepped down the final stair, Kro in his infinite wisdom misstepped, hitting his eye on a pedestal's edge. As Lee tried to save his eye, Kro simply ignored him, holding it with his arm. Blood spewed on the sacred floor.
Kro jokingly touched an eyepatch. As soon as they touched, the eyepatch started pulsing and vibrating. Kro ignorantly put it on.
He saw a vision of being on the board of a grand flying ship's deck, getting on and having great tales to tell. And a vision of a curious young blond kid.He learnt that the visions are inescapable. He cannot change the future, merely gaze into it. He later on lived to tell the tale.
Until his meeting with Nara. The Blonde kid from his visions. Upon touching him, a vision of a giant dragon shot his eyes. A view nobody has ever seen. Such a tremble started him slowly walking backwards. He also got glimpses of a massive golden floating city, The hammer of King Frozenheart. But nothing more. He fell down from the high flying pirate ship. Right into the deep deep oceans between continents.
