"*sigh* Seriously, why does this have to happen today of all days" A young, brown skinned, golden blonde haired, blue eyed woman, said. As she stood back and watched her friend carefully walk over to a brown bear, that had it's left paw in a bear trap. Now, it's not uncommon to see bears in Sweden, much less in Lofsdalen. But this week was supposed to be their time of relaxation, and forget about their daily work. Though, she couldn't exactly convince her friend to ignore the bear, knowing all too well how stubborn she was when it came down to stuff like this.

"Shh...calm down....I'm not gonna hurt you, everything is gonna be alright" The young, (h/c) haired, heterochromia eyed, (s/c) skinned woman, calmly, said. While continuing to slowly make her way towards the bear, who growled at her as she did.

"There's nothing to fear....look...." She said, before sitting down on her knees and holding out her gloved hands, a few inches away from it.

"I'm completely harmless, you see"

The bear growled at her for about sixty more seconds, before slowly calming down the more it stared into her eyes, and gently leaning and laying it's head on her hands.

She smiled softly, from underneath the white face mask she was wearing, and began caressing it.

"See, everything is just fine. I'm gonna take care of you"

The bear purred, as if to say it understood, before she gently moved it's head back and focused her attention on the trap. After examining it thoroughly, she then carefully opened it enough to slide it's paw out of it. She then opened her bag of medical supplies, that she brought in case something like this happened, and began disinfecting it's wound. Applying some ointment to it, she then wrapped it up neatly with a gauze.

"There, all better now"

The bear purred once again and licked her cheek, which made her chuckle lightly, before it slowly got up and walked away from her.

"Please make sure to be careful from now on, okay"

It grumbled softly in response, another way of saying it understood her, as it continued venture off to the left side of the woods.
