This character is bright and cheerful. When I planned the plot and realized what kind of person she would become at the end, I kinda saw that her character kind of resembled an angel, which is why white-blonde hair is suitable for her. Not to mention, being a sniper in the Winter War, her strength relies on camouflage, that's why having this hair color benefits her. Otherwise, everything about her character design is basic. Due to her obsession with being ladylike, her fashion sense revolves around feminine dresses with high coverage of skin.
