Author's POV:

Taehyung cut the call as he placed the phone back into his pocket, reaching towards you opening his arms to welcome you in a hug.

He wore a casual brown suit which perfectly made him stand out. He looked so royal.

"Its been so long y/n-ah" he smiles.

You were too stunned to speak. Actually Taehyung is sooyong's brother...and your childhoods first love.

"Yeah?" You were still confused to see him here so you just stood there as he scooped you in a warm hug.

After few seconds he pulled from the hug and guided you to the reserved seats.

"Sooyoung never told me that you have already came back from london?" You asked as he pulled a chair for you to seat.

"Actually i told her to not tell you." He replied as he went to the other side taking a seat.

You raised your one eyebrow making a dumbfounded face.

He chuckled

"You didn't change at all y/n. Still the same little y/n i first saw...well now a beautiful grown up woman."

You cheeks slowly burnt up and smiled a little.

"Well same goes to you, gentleman." You couldn't stop smiling.

"Only gentleman? I think i got more handsome?" He said as he ran his fingers through his hair making a bold face but then-

"Or pretty?" he just turned his head a little putting his long hair strands behind his ears while smiling playfully.

You chuckled at his childish behaviour.

"Yes princess Taehyung." You both chuckled.

After that you didnt know what to say. It felt awkward. You never thought that your blind date would turn out to be Taehyung.

Your not disappointed but rather surprised and happy.

The waiter already took the orders and brought our dishes.

"So i heard what happened from sooyoung. How is your life going now y/n?" He asked as he popped the wine bottle open and took your glass, to pour you some wine.

"Well it isnt bad as i thought it would be. As long as mom is happy, i am happy too."  You thinned your lips as you thought about the part ' it isnt bad as I thought' which reminded you of the twins.

"I am glad to hear that y/n."

You smiled as you took the glass from him.

You guys had a great time laughing together. Talking about your childhood and embarrassing moments.

"Damn i thought the principal would whoop our asses when we got caught digging up a hole in the back of the school to hide the marking sheets." You shook your head while shoving a piece of the steak in your mouth as you thought back to the terrifying moment.

Taehyung chuckled as he sat there listening to you while helping you cut your steak.

"And also remember the time when i went to your house and you got me in your closet telling me its the best spot to hide while playing hide and seek. After that i had a trauma for closets man." You munched.

"Well i still wish to lock you up in my closet." He said as he sipped his wine smiling playfully.

Your eyes slightly widens as you almost choke on your meat. "Its not funny Taehyung!"
