It was an early morning and Ryan had woken up and he had made his way downstairs after having a shower and getting changed and he was in the kitchen, making himself some breakfast before he got on with the day as he had someone that he was going to be training with today and he had set out what they were exactly going to be doing.
While he was waiting for the eggs, he double checked the list of things that he wanted his client to do when they weren't training together.
All of a sudden, Ryan got a call from his sister Sarah and so he answered the call and put her on speakerphone.
Ryan: hello Sarah, you're on speakerphone.
Sarah: hey Ryan, I was just calling to say hi and I just thought that I'd check up on you.
Ryan was a bit suspicious of this and so he asked Sarah.
Ryan: hmmm, are you sure that's all ? I mean I do appreciate you checking in on me sis, but something tells me that you have other reasons as to why you're calling me right now.
Sarah: (sighs and giggles) alright you caught me, there is something else.
Ryan: (chuckles) I knew it, come on out with it Sarah.
Sarah: well seeing as you have me on speakerphone, is there anyone else there with you ?
Ryan: no, I'm just doing myself some breakfast before I head out and do some training with one of my clients.
Sarah: what is it you're planning today then ?
Ryan: well today, it's going to be strength based for the client I'm working with today.
Sarah: I hope you have fun today.
Ryan: thanks sis, hope you have a good day today as well.
Sarah: you really must come and visit us soon.
Ryan: yeah, i know it's been too long hasn't it ?
Sarah: me and Andy want to see you soon, and more importantly, Ellie misses her 'Unkie Ryan'.
Ryan: and I miss her too, I promise I'll come and visit you soon okay ?
Sarah: I'll hold you to that.
Ryan: (laughs) is that what you wanted to talk to me about ?
Sarah: no, so what I originally wanted to talk to you about was me, Ellie, Andy and some of his friends are going to be hanging out for the day at the beach and we wanted to know if you would like to come with us.
Ryan: yeah sure, I'd love to.
Sarah: I'll hold you to that as well.
Ryan: (laughs) you do that.
Ryan spoke with his sister for a little bit longer and they planned out that he would come over to Sarah and Andy's for dinner next week, a few days after their day at the beach.
After talking on the phone with Sarah, he finished making his breakfast and he ate it.
After eating his breakfast and washing the dishes, he looked over at his pet which is a beagle named Robyn.
