ch 8

...Before Taehyung could say anything you did something which was really unexpected.........
"I said I won't have the dinner!" You spoke in a loud voice and due to your unconsciousness you swayed your hand so fast that the hot bowl of soup, which seemed as if it could melt an iron rod, got hit by your hand and it fell on the hand of Taehyung who was standing beside you......
You gasped as soon as you realised what you had actually done.....
"I said I am not-------hungry" you said as you soon realised that the hot bowl of soup fell on his hand and Taehyung was standing there closing his eyes while clenching his hand which was totally burnt
"Sir!!!!" Maria screamed and quickly moved the utensils there
You paused and saw the disaster infront of your eyes and slowly looked at his hands and tried to hold them
"I-i am sorry Taehyung...I was just...out of my mind-"
Before you could finish your sentence Taehyung left the dining hall and went towards his room
You got up from your seat and saw Maria looking at you scared
"Ma'am I think you owe an apology to sir I am not being mean but what you just did was really disrespectful"
Lowering your head you said "I know Unnie.....I am....really....sorry"
Soon Maria cleaned the table and prepared a short meal for you both and kept on the table
In the meantime you knocked on Taehyung's room's door several times but there was no answer which concluded that your efforts were in vain
The house was now totally dark and quiet as Maria had left many hours ago and you were sitting on your bedroom's floor showing an expression of great dejection
You crouched down and let your tears fall, slowly.
In Taehyung's room
Taehyung was there sitting in his room wrapping the bandage on his hand
His hand was almost burnt and the pain seemed to be unbearable. The lights were twinkling in that huge room like the small thousand stars present in the universe
The room was filled with silence....

Until....
"It...was..... her...mistake??" Taehyung spoke in a confused mind

Flashback
Knocking on the door multiple times but still not getting any answer made you let out a comment "I am sorry Taehyung, it was my mistake....I was just out of my mind"
and you went to your room with heartful tears in your eyes
End of flashback
"Although it had been just three days I know Y/n is not a bitch...I should go to her....but if she sleeps?..who cares??"
Taehyung kept the first aid box on his side table and wore his house slippers and headed towards your room
He made his way through the dark colony and reached your room
When he approached there, he could hear sounds of sobbing and also noticed that your room's door was not locked rather opened wide
Turning his face to left he found you crouched down at the side of your bed and letting out your tears
It seemed as if each drop of year in your eyes made a wound in his heart
Soon after he closed the door and softly went towards you and made himself sit in your position and looked at your buried face

He gently held your shoulders on either sides which made your face lift up to face his
You were crying so much that your cheeks and eyes had almost gone numb
"What made you cry so hard??"
There was a pause after he made this question and he was bit shocked as you did not say anything but you quickly hugged him and started to cry even harder
"I am the worst daughter and sister in the whole world!!!! I hate myself!! No one deserves me!!!.... because of me my father died and now I burnt my brother's hand"
He held you softly and his did not seem to like you crying in a mess
"Y/n! Look at me...."
You lifted your face which was buried in his chest and rubbed your eyes
"What happened to you ..why are you starving yourself??" He seemed concerned
After some silence you said "In my childhood, my father used to bring me corn soup, which was my favourite. There was such just a normal day and I told my fatger to bring me corn soup for breakfast."
After a short pause
"This was a time when he went and......never came back..just because of my demand he met his death...so I never ate it because it just brings back those nightmares I have.."
"It ok y/n it's not your fault..it was just his fate....but starving yourself isn't a good idea tough..." His calm voice made you a bit relaxed
You both then made yourselves on the bed and you both were sitting facing each other
"Be strong.." he concluded
While he finished his sentence you quickly held his bandaged hand and showed an expression of guilt all over your face
"I am really sorry for...this"
Looking at your guilty face he said "as long as you are okay my hand won't feel burnt"

It took sometime to understand what he actually meant but it was out of your reach to actually understand it as your brain was already tangled with various thoughts
"Good night Y/n"
"Hmm.."

The next morning
The weather was quite good and the sun was glowing and made the mansion luminous
The sunrays hit your chubby cheeks making you open your eyes and make you take out your face from the blanket
You freshed up yourself and came downstairs
Not finding Taehyung, you went to kitchen where you saw Maria washing the vegetables
When you approached her
"Ma'am I wanted to tell you that-"
"Uh!! Unnie you are five years elder to me please respect"
"Oh-ok I just wanted to tell that I will be not present these days as I am having some emergency, so can I just take leave??"
"Yeah sure!! Leave the cooking on me"
This Mafia wasjed her hand and gave you a small bow so did you and both of your bid each other a goodbye

Now you were sitting alone ont he sofa hoping that Teahyung would come soon but there was no sign of him
So you thought of going and checking him whether he was alive or dead
You found his door opened and so you entered his room without any hesitation
You quietly approached his dazzling face, shinning brightly due to the sun's ray
You made a small space and sat beside his sleepy face

Your pov
Is this called attraction?? Everytime he comes closer to me I fell like that I am out of breath, its an unusual feeling....I never fell for anyone in my life....is he going to be the first one....No!!! What that hell are you thinking miss Choi Y/n....he is your brother!!
Ahh y/nahh come back to your senses....Ara must have had a huge loss cheating on such a beautiful angel...oh well if I would have been her I would never even think of doing that

While you were lost in your thoughts...a voice spoke making you come back to reality
"I know I am handsome but stop staring at me...it's irritating"
Taehyung spoke rubbing his eyes and in a sleepy tone
You were startled as you were so much focused on him that you didn't even notice that his eyes were open and were watching your admirable face
"No I wast staring at y-you"
"I have a question for you"
"What"
"Am I a monster or ghost?"
"No..why"
"Then why do you shutter while speaking to me??"
"I-i...um look it's late in the morning get up and get freshed and come down to the dining hall"

You said this as you got up on your feet and were about to leave when you were pulled back by his strong muscles and you fell hard on top of him, then he moved you to his side nd then hugged you
Your back was facing him

"What the hell-!"before you could speak he said "my side pillow is lost..so be the same for me......ahh!! Your body is so warm miss"

Now the grip was even tighter
"Ahh Mr Kim Taehyung you are hurting my back!"
He paused a bit and let out a small smirk over his face
Moving to your ears he spoke in his deep husky voice "real pain is still waiting dear...this is just a trailer"
His hot breath over your exposed shoulders made you go insane and you quickly got up and siad in hurry and nervous tone while Teahyung was there in his bed looking at you
"C-cone down fast!! I-i am hungry..."

After half an hour Teahyung met you at the dining place and saw you already sitting up there and also saw the food ready on the table
"Y/n..."
"What?"
"I'll be off for a moment as I have got an urgent call.. you eat by yourself"
"Then what about this food!? I amde them!" You seemed disappointed
"I can heat it up later" witha that he headed outside the mansion
You made a small pout on your face and completed your food after sometime

Now that you have finished doing all your chores, you were hitting your back on the couch and watching your phone

While doing so, you were interrupted by the footsteps of someone

Turning your face, you saw two well grown up men standing infront of you putting their hands inside their pockets and looking at you.... which you did not see was a good one....but the faces weren't unfamiliar though

"Hey Y/n it's been long since we met you"
"Yeah! You have become more beautiful in these days"
"Oh hi Jihoon and Minwoo!!"
"Nice to meet you too" Jihoon looked at Minwoo and it seemed that he gave some signal to him
"Oh Y/n is Teahyung in here?" His question made you feel suspect then as his face siad that he wanted to hear that you were living in the house in his absence
"Oh!! He isn't home...come in have a seat"
You greeted them and you all have each other small bows

Once they were seated, you said "you sit, I will be back with osme snacks" and wend headed towards the kitchen
While you were in the kitchen, you were targeted with dirty eyes layed on you about which you were unaware

One of them spoke
"She gave us the right information....."
