Parks and kisses

                                                     Y/n's pov (After he asks her.)

"I..." I say, before i realized that the ride was over. We got out awkwardly and walked over to sam who was sitting on a bench on his phone. "We're back!" i say, trying to not be awkward. "Oh hey guys! ready to go?" Sam says, looking at the two of us. "Yea.. We might wanna go find jake and corey, haha!" Colby says, as he stood next to me. Sam got up and we set off to find them. We eventually found them playing the water gun game. They finished up, got their prize, then walked alongside us as we walked to the car, leaving the carnival.

           This time, colby was driving, sam was in front passenger, and I was in the middle of jake and corey in the back. I got to play the music and decided to put on ✨lovejoy✨ because who doesn't like lovejoy? We pulled into the driveway and got out of the car. We all went our separate ways and I went into colby's room. Since colby was still downstairs, I went on the tv and saw the movie 'Strays' was available on the TV so I put it on. I started to feel myself slowly dosing off thirty minutes into the movie, then everything goes black.

I woke up to colby passed out next to me, up against the wall. I slowly got up trying not to wake him, grabbing some of my clothes and going out into the bathroom. I changed and put my clothes in my dirty clothes basket. I went downstairs and made myself some eggs and bacon. Sam came in and asked if he could have some, so I gladly made him some too. I finished eating mine and to be nice cleaned the dish. "You didn't have to clean it, i was going to do the dishes today anyways." Sam said with a smile. "It's alright! I'm happy to have helped." I say, smiling back and sitting on the couch on my phone. Later, eventually everyone was up. Colby came up to me. "Since we have nothing to do today.. I was wondering if you would like to go out together..?" He said with a nervous smile, which i thought was cute. I smile. "of course! I was gonna go somewhere today if no one was gonna go anywhere.. Glad you asked." I chuckled softly, putting my phone in my pocket.

                                         Time skip to when they were leaving.

I was dressed, slaying in my cute outfit. (Y'all can pick idc) Colby got into the drivers seat and I got in the passenger seat. He put on some music and turned to me. "We could get ice cream?" He questioned. "Sure, ice cream sounds good." I say, basically drooling at the thought of ice cream.  I wondered what we would do after, the arcade, maybe bowling? Who knows. Its most likely a surprise. We arrive at a small ice cream shop. It was cute and pastel aesthetic. He parked and we got out. As we were about to walk in, he opened the door for me. "O-Oh.. Uhm, thank you.." I said, as i walked in. Him and i looked at all the different flavors we could choose from. I decided to get (What ever one you choose) And he got mint n chip. We got our ice creams and walked outside, sitting on a nearby bench. "Mmmm!" I say as I eat the ice cream. "Good huh?" He said with a chuckle. "Maybe i should try it sometime.." He said. After we finished eating, we got back into his car. He played music and we drove off. "So, where we goin' next?" I asked. "Surprise." He responded. I knew he wasn't gonna tell me.

                                                              Colby's pov

I told her it was a surprise. Little does she know i'm taking her to a calm park, to hang out of course. It had a cute fountain and beautiful tree's. Summer is slowly coming to an end, and y/n's been living with us for a little over 4 weeks? Close enough.. We were getting closer to the park and so i spoke up. "So.. You like nature?" I said, glancing at her a little as she stares out the window. "Yeah, its very beautiful..." She says calmly. Her voice was just perfect.. Her beautiful h/c hair moved perfectly in sync with the soft wind. Her e/c eyes were mesmerizing to look at. If i could, i would stare at them all day.. I parked, then got out. I then quickly walked over to the other side and opened her door for her. I'm pretty sure she blushed, then got out. "Thank you.." She said, giggling a little. I close the door behind her and we begin to walk through the park. I watch as she looked at the beautiful scenery. She really loved nature. We walked over to a bench and sat down. "So.. About yesterday.." I begin before she speaks. "Oh! Uh.. Well, i guess it wouldn't hurt..? I wouldn't mind being with you..." She says before looking away a little. I gently grabbed her chin, making her look at me. "Ill take that as a yes..." I said, before leaning in and kissing her. I cant explain the feeling I got when our lips collided.. I felt so much emotions. After we pulled apart, I noticed the sun was setting. "Wanna head back to the house? Or should we get something for dinner first.." I said, gently letting go of her chin and leaning back to my original position. "Sure, want me to text the group chat?" She said, pulling out her phone. "I guess.. I mean, they probably would put shit on us for getting food and not getting them any." I say, chuckling. "Alright, i kinda already texted them, they said 'sure'." She said. "Alright, lets get back to the car." I said, getting up. "Ok." She said, getting up as well. We began walking, hand in hand. We got to the entrance and walked to the car. We parted hands, and got in the car. "So, what should we get?" I asked her. "I don't know.. What sounds good?" She responds. "In n out?" I say.

                                                           Y/n's pov  

He's such a silly guy.. "I guess so, ill tell the boys.." I say, getting my phone from my pocket. I text them and they all say their fine with it. "Alright, lets head out." He says, pulling out of the parking lot. We drive off as I stare out the window, I don't know why but I get so mesmerized every time I do. We pull up to the drive through and order our stuff, telling them the others orders to. We got our food, and left back to the house. When I opened the door, I heard sam rush in. "Where have you guys been all dayyyy! I was bored.." He said, doing a fake pouty face. "Oh, c'mon.. We were only gone for a few hours!" I said, chuckling lightly as he grumbled slightly. Colby then walked past me. "We got food!" He yelled out, so jake and corey could hear. We all ate together as we talked about things. I finished up and told colby I was going to be in the shower, walking upstairs. A little while into my shower i was washing my hair and got soap in my eyes. It hurt like hell, believe me on that. Once i got out, I changed and walked into colbys room, colby was on his bed, scrolling on his phone. I sat down next to him, pulling out my phone and looking through my instagram. After a little while, we both were passed out next to each other. It felt nice to cuddle him..
