Stephen is waiting anxiously for Annasophia's song. He's standing behind the curtain and watch the stage lights up. Annasophia is seated at the piano. She breathes in and touch the piano softly. Soon her fingers start to tickle every note until it calms down. Stephen shows Stephanie to go on stage. She's just as nervous.
"I didn't know what love is, I never had a clue," Annasophia starts singing sadly. Stephanie walks unto the stage as if she's getting married. "No one told me how easy, a scar can make you blue. But it, was worth the tears I shed trying to get the best of you. It was, not until now that I can get to be with you."
Annasophia close her eyes as she recalls the lonely night missing him when she wrote this song.
"Love came so easy, but it felt so hard. The silent wars we battled, are the ones we don't speak of. But it, was worth the pain we both endured in our lives. It was, not until now that I get to see your point of view," she sings. "You're forever mine, I love you to the end. Forever yours, If only you knew what this meant. Forever mine, A life I had to lead without you by my side. You'll forever be mine, even if you're not forever mine."
Verse2:
I know how to love you. I don't know how to stop. I know how to forgive you, even when I'm not. But I, swear to God I would make the rest of our lives worth the while. It was, only then but now we have more to work towards.
Chorus:
forever mine, I love you to the end.
Forever yours, If only you knew what this meant
Forever mine, A life I had to lead without you by my side.
You'll forever be mine, even if you're not forever mine.

Bridge:
The things we said, I don't get to say,
The things we did, I don't get to do
How do I live, when I am not okay
But I get to see the image of you
The love we shared, I knew you clearly cared
The nights we spend, I get to be with you
Now in my head, is where your ghost is
You're not here, and you're not really mine.
Forever mine

Chorus
Forever mine, I love you to the end
Forever yours, I wish you well in life.
Forever mine, I'll never let you go and I want you to know
You're forever mine, Wish we had more time
Forever yours, my heart is with you
Forever mine, I'll never forget you.
Though you're not mine...

All the actors comes on the stage and give a bow. With shaky hands, Annasophia gets up and make a little bow before leaving the stage to the original actors of the play. She walks off straight into Stephen that's waiting for her. Without saying a word, he puts his arms around her holding her against him. Her arms folds around him and suddenly time stops for both of them. Years of being apart is only catching on now.
"I love you so much," she whispers. Stephen kisses her hair and bury his face in her neck.
"I love you," he responds not finding any reason to pull away.

One year later!
Annasophia's P.O.V

I get that this means commitment and yes, a life that isn't only mine. To be fair, Stephen has always been part of my life and now that we're finally together, I'm even more excited for what the future will hold in for us. Adoption can be painful and take long and I know we're past the point of having kids in the house, but I want to have what I never had before it's too late. Death is a reality and I'm scared of him dying before me.
"Are you ready?"
I look up at the three girls that enters the room. They're all three dressed in pinkish dresses with hair made up nicely. Yes, this is exactly what you think it is.
"Wow mom!" Stephanie gasps. I give a little spin just to show off my dress.
"I'm so glad we don't stay with you guys. Else we'd never be able to close an eye," Sophia says. I gasp and shake my head with a simple giggle.
"Imagine how bad the neighbors have it," Anna add to her.
"You're teaming up against me!" I confront them playfully. They just laugh and look at each other then back at me.
"So are you ready?" Stephanie asks. I nod my head and touch her cheek. She wrap her arms around me and kiss my cheek. I reach out and call Sophia and Anna in with them. The two joins the hug and for the first time in a long time, everything feels complete.
"Come on, your husband is waiting for you," Anna says. I laugh awkwardly and let them go.
Good, time to go off and get married.
We've waited long enough...
