Eggs and Bacon smelled lingered around the house. Summer immediately woke up. Realizing that said had not ate in days now. She walked down stairs to see Dawn cooking.
Dawn was Ace baby mama they had a son who was 12 together.
" Summer!!!!"
Dontay said as he ran to Summer hugging her . Summer immediately embrace him back so tight.
She hadn't seen Dontay in months. Mostly avoiding him. She didn't want him to see her like this.
" You getting tall huh?? "
She question as he let him go and look into his eyes. Unlike Ace both Dontay and Dawn was there when Summer had the baby.
" Yeah. Mommy's making breakfast. Want sum ?"
He question grabbing summers hand and guiding her into the kitchen where the food was.
" Good morning Dawn ."
" Good morning Summer. Hey D take your food to the livingroom bud. "
Dontay grab his plate and disappeared.
" You gonna sit ?"
Dawn question as she sat to the table and chewed on her bacon.
" You here for the intervention too ? "
Summer question as she sat down and began to eat.
" Your the best thing that's happened to ace. For so long he's been miserable, sad, all that shit. But with you he's better. I only seen him happy once in his life before you. "
" So this about ace now? "
Summer said as she began to inhale her food like she hadn't ate in days.
" No. We all hate seeing you fall apart. Even D. "
Summer then looked up from her food and into Dawns eyes.
" How is he ?? You know with everything?"
Summer question because she knew how excited he was to be a big brother.
" He's fine . I explained to him that she was to good for the world to be here in human form. So now she is an angel."
Dawn felt so bad. She couldn't even image what summer was going through. She couldn't even picture her self without D.
Ace walked in the kitchen with Dontay on his heels.
" Ma can I stay tonight with dad and summer??"
" Not tonight D. You know summer needs her rest. "
Dawn said getting up for the table grabbing her and Summers plate to wash.
" No Dawn it's fine. He can stay. Me and summer need the company right ??"
All eyes were on Summer as she similes.
" Ofc baby you can stay. Im going to the bathroom."
Summer got up from the table and ran to the bathroom.
Getting inside she locked her self in searching for any kind of drug .
In the kitchen
" You know she's going to look for drugs right ?"
Dawn question as she folded her arms.
" D go to your room while me in your mom talk."
D walked out the kitchen.
" I know. Ain't shit in there tho."
" You can't lock that girl in this house ace. She's a fiend. And a fiend will do anything and get high with anything. We both know that."
