"9-1-1 what's your emergency"

"Im at the metro fitness on Hollywood. My boss is burning up."

"Do you mean hes feverish?"

"No thats not what i mean"

"Okay, so i came in early to turn in my keys and-and pick up my paycheck. He actually fired my yesterday. It's a whole story." She explained as Buck, Boddy, Chim Hen and I followed her to the back

"Anyway, i um, i smelled something burning" she said leaning us into the room, there was a man who was all bubbly laying in a tanning bed

I had only came cause Jack is making us. dumb fuck.

"We all kept trying to tell him to get it fixed" she said as my dad went over trying to turn it off as it wouldnt budge

"Ah, what would you do without me" i said unplugging the tanning bed and dropping it

"oh, my God. I didnt think to do that" She whined

"How long has he been in there?" Hen asked setting down my medical bag, she offered to hold it, im not gonna say no

"I dont know. he's the owner, so sometimes he coming in before we even open, so two hours, maybe three" She rambled as Chim was trying to get a pule

"What do you think, Chim? Is he dead?"

"Worse. i think hes alive"

"Why the hell didnt he just get out?" Buck asked as i looked at him as if he was stupid.

"I think he had a stroke" I said crouching down by Chim

"hes 32!"

"What was he on? We need to know"

"i-i dont know"

"32, may of had a stroke, drugs could be an underlying cause. what was he on?"

"Everything, okay. he was stacking"

"Steroids?" i asked looking at everyone

"hes in V-tach!" I said looking at Chim after he placed the monitors on him

"Starting compressions" Hen said as i was not about to touch them bubbles and risk one popping right on my face. oops

Hen did a few compressions, before taking her hand off seeing it was stick, off came her hand along with some of his skin

"Hes gone" I said looking at the monitors

"Oh, my God"

"Its just too freaky. I mean, after what happened with Mindy. I told him. I said "barry, what goes around comes around"

"Whos Mindy?" Hen asked looking at her

The corner crew had came and picked up the body, as we gave our statements and then headed outside to leave

My dad grabbed his phone answering it as i tossed my bag into the truck

"i-i dont understand why you cant just tell - okay, thanks"

"You okay, dad?" I asked looking at him

"That was Cedars?"

"The blood i donated, they sent it to a lab and had it tested, so"
