I sit up, unable to breathe. I get up off my bed and walk into the bathroom.
I hold onto the sink so I don't fall.
Just breathe. I look up into the mirror, staring at my reflection. I take a deep breath in, then slowly exhale.
The pain on my chest slowly goes away.
I turn the cold tap on and splash my face with water. What's wrong with me?
I look at the mirror again. I look like shit.
A loud buzzing sound comes from the bedroom. I slowly move towards the noise.

Incoming call - Tommy

I pick up my phone and answer the call.
"Hello?" I say. "Hey Wil, how are you?" Tommy asks. "I'm alright, you?" I reply. "Yeah, I'm good" Tommy says.
I sit down on my bed. "Are you nervous?" Tommy asks. "No..?" I reply, a bit confused. "Fuck man, did you forget" Tommy says. I stare at the wall blankly.
"You're meeting up with Y/n for the big thing" Tommy says. "Oh fuck" I almost shout. I check the time on my phone.
5:34pm. I stand up quickly, dropping my phone onto my bed. "I'm gonna be late!" I shout. I hear faint laughing from Tommy. I open my wardrobe and grab some jeans and a jumper. I changed into the clothes, then ran into the bathroom.

I finished getting ready and walked back into my bedroom. I pick up my phone.
"Tommy?" I say. No answer. I put the call on loudspeaker and walked over to my mirror. "Does this look good?" I hear a faint voice say. I look over to my phone.
"Yeah?" Tommy replies. "I look like shit don't I?" The other person says. Is that Y/n? I walk back over to my phone. "No, you look good" Tommy says. "Tommy" I say. "WHAT THE FUCK MAN" Tommy shouts. Y/n laughs. "What do you want?" Tommy asks. "Tell Y/n I think he looks good" I say. "Thanks, Wil," Y/n says.
My face turns red. "You can't see him dumbass" Tommy says. "He always looks good" I reply. "Stop flirting, save it for later" Tommy says. "Child" I reply.
I look at the time, 5:46pm.
"I'm not a chil-"
"I have to leave now bye" I end the call.
I make my way out of the house and start walking towards the beach.

Y/n//

I look in the mirror while trying to tidy my hair. "You look fine, you should leave now, or you're going to be late" Tommy says. "Why are you so excited?" I ask.
"I'm not.." Tommy replies. I finish messing with my hair and walk out of my room. "Where's my wallet?" I say while checking my pockets. "Here" Tommy says while holding my wallet.
"Thanks.." I reply. I walk downstairs.
"Bye mum!" I shout. "Bye!" she shouts back. I open the front door. "Bye Tommy" I say."Have fun" He replies. I shut the front door and start walking down the street.

----10 minutes later----

I arrive at the beach and start looking around for wil. My phone buzzes.

Wilbur-

I'm a few mins away :)

I walk a bit closer to the sea and sit down. I look at the sea, while smiling. The beach is one of my favourite places to be.

--a few minutes later--

I stand up and look around. Where's wil? Someone hugs me from behind making me jump a bit. "I'm so happy to see you" Wil says. I turn around and hug him. "I've missed you" he adds. "We met up not that long ago" I giggle. "I want to be with you" Wil says. "More- I want to be with you more" Wil says. He let's go of the hug and rubs the back of his neck.
"Yeah, we should go out more" I smile nervously. I stare at him for a moment.
His eyes look so pretty in the sun light.
I look at his lips without realising.
His face turns red. I quickly look away.
"Y/n.." Wil says. "Yeah?" I reply.
We make eye contact again.
"I wanted to ask you something" he says nervously.
