READ TO UNDERSTAND THIS AU!!!!
In this AU it's set so Luffy is the older brother of Ace and Sabo (Luffy's 21 here, Ace and Sabo are 18, Sabo also did still get shot up by the celestial dragon but never lost his memories, so he returned to Dawn. Sabo just recently joined the revolutionaries, like year or so ago btw and Ace a few months on good terms w the whitebeards when he was caught).

I've kind of set it so it's about three months or so after Wano, defeating Kaido and Big Mom and all, so Luffy's recognized as a Yonko. Also cause in this AU obviously the whole backstabbing thing w the Whitebeard's happened much later, WB's still alive (as well as Thatch!! I refuse to kill him off).

Ace and Teach's fight also ended in a duel because despite the fact that Ace's fruit doesn't work properly against Teach, Ace grew up as a feral, wild child beating up thugs since he was like 5 with inhuman strength and he got his fruit much later when he was 17. Ace knows how to pull out ALL the dirty tricks having grown up where he did and he's a pirate, so it doesn't really matter all that much that he doesn't fight fair.
ANYWAY, Ace killed Teach and passed out after the fight. Marines found them and turned Ace in and with Aces bloodline having been found out they decided to publicly execute him.

Sabo isn't here to save Ace because he's been away on a huge mission for the past three and a half months or so, so he had absolutely no clue what's going on and will subsequently have a heart attack when he finds out and go visit Ace and Lu.

I think that's it??? Enjoy??

Their first date was going relatively well if he said so himself. Or at least as well as it possibly could go when the location of said date is hell on earth for pirates and criminals alike.

And they're both.

"Seas, why did I agree to this?" He would have never done something like this a few months ago, maybe he is going insane...

Jolly rogers, never mind, there's no way he's sane at this point.

He pins all the blame on Strawhat. That was a reasonable thing to do. At least compared to the monster that is Monkey D. Luffy, he looks like he could be a fairly normal person with only a few screws lose.

A few too many if you ask his crew.

"Shishishi, fun isn't it, Torao?!" Luffy laughs and knocks out more guards and law just rolls his eyes fondly as he amputates limbs and puts certain body parts back in the wrong place. The guards didn't look like they had the energy to care all that much anyway, though he took pleasure in finding they had enough to scream.

He supposes maybe this isn't the worst place they could have a first date. At least he was certain that it would be interesting (He ignores the nagging part of his mind that tells him anything could be interesting with Luffy because he is an utterly lovesick fool and Luffy is a puzzle he's tried and failed again and again to solve --he wants Luffy so fucking bad and perhaps that's okay because Luffy wants him too-- besides, he's a pirate and pirates are known to be rather selfish.)

It was Impel Down after all, a hell chamber for all who dare to defy the government. Too bad he lives in his own personal hell being in an alliance with the Strawhat's every day --this is nothing compared to the hellish wrath that is Monkey D. Luffy and the insanity of a crew that loyally follows him.

Strawhat laughs as they run, stampeding through dozens of guards in the blink of an eye and Law can't help but chuckle to himself. It's not every day you get to see the blood-stained walls of Impel Down after all. If he knew it was going to be this interesting, he would've asked for a tour of the place sooner. Or maybe not considering the straw-hatted boy he's grown ever-so-fond-of wouldn't be standing beside him then (he could no longer imagine Luffy not by his side). But he also supposes he wouldn't have thought to even consider the mere idea of willingly walking inside the prison back then, y'know when he was sane and not love drunk on a certain straw-hatted pirate captain (or so Shachi had claimed when he agreed to the date).
