The next day, Cass caught Sarah up on everything that she had learned from Ethan yesterday.
"He was a cult leader?" Sarah asked as they walked down the hallway.
"Apparently, according to Ethan's vision." Cass said.
They looked up to the door, and saw Erica walking in with Jesse and his friends.
"You've got to be kidding." Cass stated.
His crew approached them.
"Hey Sarah, Cassie, what's wrong? You're looking a little underfed." Erica said.
"What happened to you?" Sarah asked.
"You know. The best thing ever. Its not too late. Join us. And then we can be best friends forever."
"Never." Sarah said, looking at Jesse.
"You're making the biggest mistake of your life." Jesse smiled. "Well, whats left of it."
"Isn't that cute. I think she still has a thing for you." Erica moved his hair.
"I've got something for both of you." Cass's claws extended out, and her eyes glowed yellow.
Sarah held her back. "Not at school."
Cass took a breathe, and everything returned to normal.
Jesse laughed. "Sarah, you've been replaced." He started kissing Erica loudly.
"Oh, you two are still coming to the Dusk premiere though, right? BFF'S." Erica smiled.
"Come on." Sarah said, pulling Cass away from them.
They found Benny and Ethan sitting by the lockers in the hallway.
"Hey, what'd we miss?" Sarah asked.
"The absolute worst news yet." Benny said.
"We have to go see Dusk III." Ethan added.
After school, the four of them started loading up on weapons for the screening.
Sarah and Cass watched at Ethan and Benny trained with the Stakes, failing miserably.
Sarah filled up a super soaker with holy water, wearing gloves and a face mask to make sure it didn't splash on her.
Later on, Sarah and Cass came back over to Ethan's house with a bag to carry their supplies.
"Hey Jane, we'll be back soon." Ethan said, passing his sister.
"If we don't get sucked dry." Benny joked.
"What?!" Jane exclaimed.
"Nothing, Benny's just hoping he doesn't cry. During the movie because he's a wuss" Sarah said.
"Nice. Anyway, see you Grandma!"
"Oh wait, I have something for you boys." Benny's grandma said.
"Oh, no grandma we've really got to go. I already ate. I don't think we need any..."
His grandma held up pure silver daggers.
"Decorative knives." Benny finished.
"If you're going to be battling the bloodsuckers, you're gonna need these." His grandma said.
"Whoa!" Ethan exclaimed.
"Whered you get those?" Benny asked.
Ethan took the daggers. Not thinking, he handed one to Cass.
She grabbed it, and with smoke coming from her hand, dropped it. "OW! Silver Genius!" She exclaimed.
He picked it up off the ground. "Right. Sorry."
