I was off to school towards Besko Academy, which is an all-girl high school. This meant no classes with guys. As upsetting as it was my mother wanted me to go there to focus on education. I walked to school like many other students who went to Besko Academy. It was a long walk but it was the only way I could get there. I lived in a townhouse with my mom and step dad. I never met my dad but I was told he died in war.

"Krystal!" someone shouted, I turned to my right as I saw my friend, Danielle walking out of an electronic shop.

I questioned, "So whatcha doing at K-Tech Products, this early in the morning?"

As we both headed towards the long walk to Besko Academy she answered, "Well, I wanted to check out this super awesome new phone that just came out. It has a projector censored key board and it is able to contract down to a smaller size so it fits into a pocket!"

"Cool, it sounds neat!" I responded

"It is!" she added.

We entered Besko Academy through the gym entrance since it was the closest and also Danielle and I did not feel like walking to the front of the school. We climbed up the two flights of stairs which brought us above the gym floor level and let us out onto the workout room. We followed down the hallway continuing down the corridor and came to the part of the building that was the locker area. I took out the books I needed for my morning class, which was science and threw my backpack back into my locker. Then a creature, wait, nope. There walking past Danielle and I were the cheese curls or otherwise known as the bad spray tanned ones. I did not feel bad calling them cheese curls, since they were not friendly nor were they nice to people.

"Alright, so I will see ya next period." I responded to Danielle.

"Yep, the best class ever." She commented sarcastically. It was math, it seemed no one liked math, either due to the fact nobody liked the teacher or just because of the subject. Honestly I think the teaching could have been better, since half of my class was averaging around a 74%. I mean there has to be something wrong with the teaching.

I waved, "See you later twinnie." It was a thing Danielle and I said that means twin, since we are like sisters even though we are not.

I sat myself down in my assigned seat for science and pulled out my laptop. No one was in the room and played some music. A couple people started filling in, but none of them minded the music. Soon the teacher opened the door and I closed down the awesome tunes I was listening too. The teacher was taking attendance as the rest of the class trickled into their seats. Ms. Gocher started by saying, "Good morning class. Today we will start with going over the big picture of what we have learned so far and then we will break into groups and do a Lab. Also for homework you need to finish the Lab Report." Some groans were heard and Ms. Gocher stated, "I should here no arguments since you all should know how to do a lab Report." The truth was we all did not want to go over the big picture, again.

After our class was done with the big picture Ms. Gocher gave us groups. I was pared up with one of my friends, Vicky, and two other people. We decided to work on the procedure and data table together and the rest we decided we would do for homework.

After an hour passed the bell rung and it was time for second period.

Mr. Turk sat at his desk with his russet colored hair pulled back in a ponytail. He rubbed his beard as he fixed his glasses towards his computer screen. I scanned the classroom and saw Danielle near the second row checking her math homework up on the board. I pulled my homework out and started correcting my homework. Mr. Turk as usual had a boring class, it was not his fault he was teaching math. After we went over the homework and did a couple of math worksheets, he began to teach us something new. I pulled out my paper and pen since I knew I had to copy down notes, but after he taught us it, I did not have a single note written down. Thinking I did not need any notes because I got it right away I started working on the math packet he handed out. Anyways knowing that I will probably forget it later, I continued. The bell rung; Mr. Turk stood up from his desk and said, "Remember to check the homework calendar for today's homework." After he finished, we all raced out of the class room. It was time for morning meeting, so I put all of my books in my locker and headed up to the hang out area, where my friends and I met before heading to morning meeting. "Hey, Skylark, was up?" I asked "nothing much, you chair." She replied. It was her way of saying an insult, but in a funny way. I never really got the funny part. Danielle, Alexa, Eliza, Skylark and I headed down to morning meeting. As usual, most of the entire upper school was already in their sections. I directed our group to the back of our section, which was a great seating area because no one sat behind you, so during any boring speech you could rest your head against the wall. Most of the teachers would sit in rows behind students so they can poke at them if the students make any noises or fall asleep. Personally I did not like anyone breathing down on my neck.
