Sick person: Oikawa
Caretaker : lwaizumi(More of a collage/university setting, Oikawa's on the volleyball team and lwaizumi is a trainer for some of the players)
(Oikawa comes back from practice, his
muscles are sore so he takes a hot shower turns out it's a little too hot and steamy in the bathroom so he gets sick from it)3rd person POV
Stumbling through the doorway, Oikawa is tired, sweaty, hot (in both ways), sore and a little grumpy. "lwaaaa-channn." Oikawa dramatically dropped his bag and toed off his shoes at their doorway. Making his way over to lwaizumi who
is comfortably on the couch."Hello to you too, Kawa." lwaizumi says,
imitating annoyance but is secretly happy to see his boyfriend. "We lost the practice gamee — ugh I couldn't get my sets right — and — urg everything hurts.." Oikawa whined, pushing
his hair back with his hand. lwaizumi listen to Oikawa's rant about the evening practice for a couple more minutes before cutting him off."Hey — Tooru, why don't you hop in the shower? It'll help with your muscles and then you can go straight to sleep after." Iwaizumi suggested and Oikawa perked up at the idea. Oikawa listened and grabbed some fresh clothes then headed to their bathroom, longing a hot shower.
Oikawa undressed from his practice clothes and turned the hot water on. The room quickly got steamy and Oikawa stepped into the shower cubicle. Hot water ran down Oikawa's
back, relieving some tension in his shoulders back and arms. Oikawa closed his eyes and breathed in deeply, eyelids saggy Oikawa almost fell asleep standing up.Practice was pushed back later in the evening due to weather not being good and Oikawa ate beforehand so his usual hunger after practice was absent. Because of this Oikawa wouldn't usually be in the shower long, as lwaizumi would make him shower before he ate the dinner he prepared and it would motivate Oikawa to be quick.
Oikawa's movements were getting slower and slower as more and more steam filled the smallish room. Oikawa had mostly just been standing under the water rather than washing himself. Remembering the purpose of the shower Oikawa grabbed the soap bar, it
accidentally slipping out his fatigued fingers. The act of bending over to grab the lost soap and returning upright caused Oikawa to feel dizzy, he thought it would go away but jokes on him, it progressed to a sick feeling as the
heat of the water and room caught up to him. Oikawa took some deep breaths but the moisture in the air wasn't effective at making him feel better.Oikawa started to panic when he felt downright nauseous he didn't know what to do so he awkwardly stood in the shower with his eyes closed shut, gripping the wall for support. He hiccu- ped and felt something hot rise in his
throat. Oikawa made a strangled noise before he threw up on the tiled floor near his feet.Oikawa coughed and spat out any excess fluids, watching his puke swirl down the drain made him gag. Once there were no traces of vomit, Oikawa made a wise decision of turning the shower off. He felt hot and the
boiling temperature of the room was surely responsible for some of that.Oikawa swallowed thickly and stepped out the shower. It had been a long time since Oikawa threw up and it definitely made him nervous. Wrapping a towel around himself, Oikawa sat on the closed toilet seat. He still felt sick and
his brain was foggy with confusion. Oikawa tried to tell himself that he was fine and dressed himself back up into some comfy clothes, with some strug- gle as his stomach wasn't fully settled.Oikawa could smell the faint traces of puke and it almost triggered his gag reflex again. Oikawa held a worried hand in front of his mouth, a hiccup escaped him. Oikawa then made a
move to open the bathroom door, releasing all the hot air, you could see the steam leaving the room.
