"Have you ever wondered what it was like to sit  in a pool of your crushes blood?" The room was silent, looking down in his lap was her lifeless body, limp and grey, the blood leaking from the gash in her neck. He wiped his mouth clean and burped.
"Now you might be thinking I'm the bad guy here...and might think I'm also a psycho for speaking my thoughts out loud...or that I'm a psycho because I just murdered one of the prettiest girls at school. But you have to understand...I was starving......and she was just so...delicious looking." The man stood up carrying the lifeless body and walking out the house with it. He placed it in the back seat of his car and went to go grab something from the trunk when he heard the screams from inside the house.
"Fuck....I thought her damn parents were asleep. Shit and it's always gotta be the mom to be all dramatic." He rolled his eyes and hurried to the drivers seat and sped off. The car smelled oddly clean, he sniffed the air and furrowed his brow, with a dead body in the back you would assume the car would reek of blood. He shrugged it off thinking she was fully drained.
"Wow James...couldn't contain yourself couldn't you...had to go and drain her all at once. Fuck...I couldn't help myself." He laughed to himself pulling into his drive way, getting out the car and opening the backseat he froze. The car was spotless...no blood...no odor...no body.

The night felt like forever, the man paced around his empty house till the sun arose on the horizon. The next day was a blur, he passed her house, it was blocked off by caution tape and cop cars. That's when his phone began to blow up..."BREAKING NEWS- Vanessa Beckett presumed missing after mother discovers the victims room covered in blood." He stared at the headline for another minute before slamming on the pedal and speeding off to school. He ran to his first period and sat in his seat, his palms moist and his face red. The rest of the students filed in eventually, many whispered to eachother and others cried. This was a huge deal for a small town like Thornwoode...nothing ever happened in Thornewoode, last time  a 911 call was made was because Sandra Jenkins found a rabid raccoon in her pantry. Let's just say Thornewood was safe...for the most part.
The teacher walked in and shut the door and began attendance "Claire Baker?" A curly headed girl raised her hand "Here". "Alex Hartzov?" A rough around the edges guy with curly blonde hair raised his hand "here...". "James Graham?" The culprit raised his hand shaking, he had longer brown hair and a tired look in his eyes. "Here...". The teacher eventually got through a majority of the students names when one girl began to sob loudly "LOOK HOW CAN WE ALL ACT NORMAL WHEN NESSA COULD BE KIDNAPPED OR TORN TO SHREDS SOMEWHERE!!!" She screamed slamming on her desk.
The teacher sighed getting up from his chair "Now Naomi...we will formally address this another time we are all praying for Nessa's safe return-"
"Here!" A dark hair girl walked in and sat in her seat, her skin was perfect and her eyes were a piercing green. She smiled at everyone. "Why does everyone look like they've seen a ghost? Why are you all staring at me? Do I have something on my face??" James looked over at the girl as she turned her head to his, they locked eyes..."Hi James" said the girl.
James struggled to find the words "...Uh...Hello...Nessa."
