(With You)

Once everyone got to the land of the living and rejoiced with their loved ones they all gathered in the church for the ceremony. It was packed, so much so that people had to stand because there weren't enough seats. It was incredible, what a turnout. You currently stood upfront, ring in hand, the glasses set out and ready, Frank behind the table with a book in hand all dressed up in his best suit, and your flowers placed in a vase in the center of the table between the glasses. Everything was all set in stone, you were feeling good. Up until the music started playing signaling the groom to come in and walk down the aisle, making your nerves wrack and your body stiffen in nervousness.

There he was, a veil covering his face hiding his charming features, moving slowly and elegantly as if he was a piece of art that everyone got the privilege to feast their eyes upon, and for you, it sure felt like it. He was elegant and charming, you felt like the luckiest person on Earth at this moment as he drew closer to you. Once he reached the front you smiled at him and removed the veil from his face, gazing into his grateful eyes as you linked your arm with his and turned towards Frank as the room got quiet. Everyone was seemingly eager to hang onto every word that was about to be spoken.

"Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to join this couple in holy matrimony. A day full of love, devotion, and trust." Frank then nods at you to start your vows, to which you carefully take Wally's hand in yours and take three steps forward, "With this hand, I will lift your sorrows." You then pick up your wine glass as Wally picks up the bottle of poison and starts pouring it into your glass while reciting his verse, "Your cup will never empty, for I will be..." Wally stops pouring for a moment, seeming to be at a loss for words while you stare at him expectantly and reassuringly, "Go on Darling." Frank whispers to Wally to help move him along. However, Wally looks at you unsure, tears threatening to spill from his eyes as he whispers, "Are you sure you want to go through with this?..." You only smile and look him in the eyes and whisper, "I've never been more sure in my life, but I need you to be okay with this as well. I can't do this alone." Wally takes a moment to wipe the tears from his face and smiles, "I'm sorry, your cup will never empty." Your smile only grows as he continues the vow, "For I will be your wine."

You both stood there, gazing lovingly into each other's eyes as Frank addressed the crowd, "If there are any objections speak now, or forever hold your piece." And there, near the back, sits Howdy. His voice threatened to spill from his lips but upon close inspection of the two of you how could he? You both looked so happy together and he just couldn't ruin that for the two of you. Surely he'll find someone else, There are a lot of maidens around, and honestly, it sounds nice not being arranged into a marriage for money, the two of you showed him the true beauty of that today. So, with a heavy heart, Howdy sat back and zipped his lips and watched as everyone else did the same, and with no words being said, you took a sip from your cup and set it back down on the table, Nothing happened at first until a burning like pain erupted in your chest, making you gasp and place a hand over your heart before collapsing.

Thankfully, before you could collapse to the floor Wally had caught you in his arms, your face buried into the crook of his neck as the pain slowly began to fade. Everyone in the crowd gasped in shock and worry as well as confusion for those who were alive and patiently waiting to see what would happen next. Wally waited patiently, slowly rubbing circles on your back while tears brimmed his eyes at the fact you were in so much pain. He wished there was another way that didn't involve you being in pain but this was the least brutal option, and just as soon as it had happened, it was done. You slowly picked yourself off of him and stood tall, skin now a deathly pale tone and heart no longer beating nor aching. You carefully wiped the tears off of Wally's face before giving him a small, reassuring smile while grabbing your candle, and carefully lighting it as well as Wally's, "With this candle, I will light your way in darkness." You both carefully set your candles down before you clasp Wally's hands into your own and stare into his eyes as you gently place the ring on his finger. "With this ring, I ask you to be mine."

Frank closes his book and gestures for you two to continue, "You may now kiss the groom, congratulations you two." Without wasting a second you two share a loving kiss as cheering erupts throughout the room, Barnaby being especially loud over everyone, making you and Wally blush and awkwardly wave at him once you two are finished. Now the only left to do was to throw the bouquet. You warned everyone and held the bouquet in your hands, Wally holding onto it as well, and with both of your backs facing the crowd you threw it, watching it land in the hands of Eddie, who in return passed it over to Howdy making you smile, with him returning the gesture.
