Another year has passed. I'm now officially an adult. It's my 18th birthday today which means it's already been 5 years since I got drifted to this world. Right now, the palace maids are dressing me up and doing me a makeover. I'm wearing a purple gown with a corset and a peticoat inside. They curled my hair as they put it in bun and finished it of with glitters. I smirked as I see them putting my crown on my head.

My crown, I'm still not used on owning a crown. I was coronated the moment the barrier between Therondia and Caspian was broken and I'm still not used on having princess as a title. My title.

I was looking at the mirror to see myself. I look prestigious compared to how I looked the first time I came here. I played with the necklace my adoptive mother gave me before we got separated. I miss her so much.

While I was reminiscing, the queens, my grandmothers came to check me. I smiled at them as they looked at me.

"I can now really see your resemblance with your parents" Queen Marikit said while she caresses my hair. I'm still not used to addressing them as lola. It's still super weird for me. Queen Barbara smiled at me as she fixed my crown

"Today is going to be a big day for you dear" Queen Barbara said and sniffled. "It seemed like it was only yesterday when Sinag was crowned a prince and now it's his daughter's 18th birthday" Queen Marikit patted her in the back to comfort her. They fixed themselves immediately since there will be a party for me.

My last 3 birthday celebrations were unusual compared to when I was living on earth. Apparently, it was unusual for the people living in these kingdoms. According to my friends, they weren't used to celebrating the birthdays of royal highnesses for 2 days. Yes,I celebrate my birthday for 2 days now. One in Therondian's palace and the other in Caspian's. They take turns on where I should celebrate the day of my birth and the day after it.

They still haven't merged the kingdoms yet because frankly, it didn't had a proper procedure since my birth parents technically eloped and didn't bother to tell anyone that they are royalty. It's up to me to merge the kingdoms but I wasn't of legal age these past few years so I wasn't allowed to. Even though I am now at that age, I'm not sure if I am ready to take that thing upon myself.

I still could not decipher that I am an heir of both kingdoms. I still don't know what to do. Even though I lived here for 5 years already, I'm still grasping for the things here that I wasn't used to.

"It's time" I turned around as I see the kings called upon their wives. They gave me a last genuine smile before they left me alone in my dressing room. I smiled faintly as I used my magic to see the stars. "Moms and dads, I hope you were all here. I know that you would understand me and you would know what to tell and make me do" I smiled as I closed my magic since I here the people murmuring at the hall.

As if on cue, one of the guards called me saying that I should get ready because soon, I would walk down that pretty large stairs as the crowd will clap for me. I stood up waiting for the other palace guards to call me by my title as a signal for me to walk down the stairs.

"Princess Tala of Kingdoms Therondia and Caspian!" I gently walked down the stairs, smiling awkwardly to everyone. I'm still not used to wearing these corsets and peticoats. I saw my friends Carmen, and Blessica smiling at me and probably at tears while the Danilo, Alon, Cedric, and Baron were trying their best not to laugh at me. They know that I'm uncomfortable wearing these that's why they were laughing. I wanted to roll my eyes at them but the queens and kings are looking at me as if I'm the most graceful thing they've ever seen so I need to deliver. I would deal with those boys later.

I smiled at everyone as I went down my last step on the stairs. The gentlemen bowed at me while the ladies curtsied. I'm still not used on this princess treatment.

"The princess shall now dance with the kings!" One of the soldiers declared as one of our entertainers played a slow dance music with the piano. King Crisanto approached me and offered me his hand, gesturing for a dance. I smiled and took his hand, we were dancing when I noticed a tear fell on his cheek.

"You dance like your mother" he said which made me shly look away. For someone whom I haven't spend much time on. I get compared to her a lot. He then now transferred me to King Arnel who seemed to give me the same look with awe. As our dance ended, I curtsied in front of the kings.

After that, I entertained the guests. I can familiarize all of their faces already since I technically own two kingdoms. Also because sometimes I escape the castle to explore more of the kingdoms as an outlet for this stress I had. My living arrangements are one of the things I'm stressful about. I had to transfer palaces from time to time because I live in those 2 places.

As for my learning arrangements these past few years, the moment they found out that I was an  heir to their throne, they suggested for me to be home schooled and trained as well. There, all the powers I possessed from both Therondia and Caspian was trained for me by the teachers the highnesses hired. I couldn't say no because it seemed like they were already getting along and I don't want to be in a way of that.

The queens approached me and signalled me to sit on the throne in front, I slowly went there and sat while they were still standing and about to announce something. Maybe it's time for the guests to eat? I don't know.

"We've reached a wonderful year where the princess turns 18" King Arnel started the speech which then continued by King Crisanto. "As you all know, Princess Tala will be your future queen". "We've reached a year where we'll be looking for the future king of the palaces." Queen Barbara said which made me shocked. Suitor? I don't even have the time to find romance here what? "And to make this celebration different, we invited other kingdoms to celebrate with us! Open the palace gates!" As if on cue, the guards opened the gates and there I saw an estimate of hundred people. I was dumbfounded. "We're open to suitors from kingdoms outside Caspian and Therondia as well." Queen Marikit winked at me. Oh boy! Happy 18th Birthday to me Angeline.
