Hi. I'm Lelly. You're probably thinking, "that is the stupidest name I have ever heard". You're probably right, my parents gave me that nickname as soon as I was born because my brother couldn't pronounce my actual name,
which just so happens to be Elle. Simple right. But I suppose Lelly kinda stuck.Anyway, I'm currently on my way to moving to LA. I suppose you could say I was a musical genius. I'm joking... I like to think I am a musical genius... I would like to be a musical genius. I'm from the North of England, the land of the Beatles and chips and gravy. Yep. If you know anything about the North of England, then you really should know that the North of England has no big-shot recording studios or "popstars", that all takes place down South in London. So, I went to University, dropped out after a year and decided I would move to LA to make it. Not as a singer or songwriter but as a sound engineer. Sounds stupid doesn't it? But honestly it sounds a dream. If you haven't realised by now, my life is one giant line of mistakes that usually turn out amazing and I don't want moving to LA to ruin that. Currently, I am in my room packing all my belongings with my younger, 16 year old sister. My parents are downstairs trying not to cry. My sister can be helpful but she hasn't quite mastered the skill of folding t-shirts. When my sister started high school 5 years ago, I was in my penultimate year of high school. My friends couldn't believe she was my sister. We are nothing alike. I am extremely tall (nearly six foot), with long brown hair, freckles and I am possibly one of the weirdest people you will ever meet but my sister is quite short with short blond hair, flawless skin and is so sociable. I just don't understand. We must have come from different gene pools.
To be honest packing is not her strong point.

Finally done packing. My cars outside and I am so ready. My mum and dad are already crying, my sister started crying when I mentioned Christmas in LA and my brother really didn't care seeing as he is 24 and has no emotions. I say goodbye and make my way to the car. Saying goodbye had to be the hardest thing I have ever done in my entire life. In 4 months time, I'll have them back enjoying a warmer Christmas in LA. I'm moving in the middle of Summer, here in England, but LA will be a million time warmer.
I look back one more time to see their faces. Around the corner and they're gone.
