Waking up in LA had to be the most beautiful experience of my life, I can't believe I get to do this for as long as I want. I ventured down to my new, bare kitchen and made myself a glass of water. I have literally no food in my house, no cups, coffee, tea or even furniture. But, I have internet so I'm pretty sure that sums up our generation. I looked up bus times on my phone, showered, got dressed and headed to the nearest bus-stop, which took me an hour to find. When I reached the mall, I think I died inside. In England, you have to go into the big cities to find the best shops and I was from a small town meaning I had to travel far to get to these shops but here in LA, I could literally get on a bus and there were hundreds of shops or stores as they call them here.
I realised that furniture and utensils are more important than clothes so I headed to a store where I could buy these things, don't ask me the name of the shops because I don't have a clue. I bought some mugs (for my tea), plates, bedding and all the utensils one could possibly need. I then headed to get food and some new body wash, shampoo etc...
I haven't been an adult for a year and I do not have a clue how to order and buy washing machines and ovens and shit like that. There was already a freezer because it was built into the kitchen. After getting back on the bus with a lot of bags, with great difficulty, I dragged them through my front door and put everything away. Okay, Lelly you need to be mature here, how do I order these things? I'll just ring my mum. After a 2 hour phone call home, I proceeded to order all the things I needed, ovens etc... There was still so much I needed to do and I had no one to help me.
