Jieun was like a goddess for them. The most beautiful girl in the entire school.
"Wow, she looks so good wearing that uniform" Jeno thought as he was waiting for his friends at the school canteen.
Jieun was exactly in front of Jeno's sight, but she didn't saw him cause she was talking with her friend.
That other girl was unknown for Jeno but he didn't care at all cause he thought that no one could be as perfect as Jieun.
Suddenly, Jieun turned around as she felt observed by and she met Jeno's eyes. She smiled a little waving at him and Jeno did the same and looked down immediately embarrassed by the situation.
Even her smile was pretty as her.
Mark and Donghyuck were the first to sit down beside their friend.
Jieun was not longer there.
"Don't you eat?" Mark asked. There was no food in front of his friend.
"Y-Yeah, i brought it" Jeno said pulling out a blue container with his food in it. Meanwhile he was searching Jieun in the big room with his eyes but he couldn't find her.
Even Donghyuck was searching her: he noticed her when he first walk in the school canteen but she disappeared in a second.
"Where are the others?" Jeno asked as he take a bite of his lunch.
"Well, Jisung and Chenle have extra math lessons, Renjun has medical exams so he's not here today, and Jaemin is in the principal's office."
Jeno looked confused. What did he meant?
What happened?
"He fall asleep in class, right Donghyuck?"
Mark turned his head to his friend but Donghyuck seemed distracted by something.
He was still looking for Jieun in the crowd.
Mark called him a few times. Donghyuck finally heard him.
"What...?"
"Are you listening?"
Both of Donghyuck's friends were suspicious. Donghyuck usually teased his friends if something like Jaemin's wrongdoing happened, but now he wasn't paying attention.
"What's that?" Donghyuck asked as he looked down over Jeno's candy on the table.
Jeno turned red. He was thinking about something to say, an excuse so he could hide the truth, and when he found it he said that the candy was just a gift from his mother and he usually ate when he was a kid.
Mark raised and eyebrow and Donghyuck was not convinced by Jeno's words; but he asked no further questions cause he reminded that were one o'clock pm, and everyday at that time Jieun would walk to biology class.
"I... gotta go"
And Donghyuck walked away from his friends that called him in confusion by his unexpected actions.
