~ 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚕 𝚒𝚝 𝚠𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚠𝚊𝚗𝚝 ~

Now I'm kind of regretting inviting both of them. But, they need to sort their shit out, even if it's at a party.

After Belly left last summer, her and Conrad had broken up, she's back now and then she got very depressed with the whole Susannah thing and the breakup.

I remember her calling me everyday and crying, I listened of course because that's all I could do. She seems better now, we've had a couple of meet ups but she hasn't been back in cousins until now.

"Amber" I hear as I see Jeremiah approaching me before he comes to a halt. He looks at Belly then looks at me. An unreadable expression on his face.

"I was just looking for the coolers" he says as he reaches over Belly and grabs a drink from the island.

He doesn't let me finish before he turns around and steps out of the kitchen. Jeremiah has always liked Belly. I would listen to him rant about it for years and Belly would smile and blush at this.

After Conrad and her broke up she had told me that she was not over Conrad. That was her first love, first loves are hard to get over. So as I'm standing here in the kitchen with Conrad looking at Belly I don't know if inviting them all was the correct move.

I hear Belly's voice, "So how have you been?" she asks this in a cautious tone not to perky and not to sad.

Conrad looks at his cup as he swirls it and then takes a drink. He looks up at her as he raises his eyebrows.

"I'm better" he says as I see Belly shift beside me. You could see the tension in the room, the flashing lights lighting up both of their faces.

"That's- that's good, how's college" I hear Belly say as she brushes her hand on her arm and looks at Conrad.

Conrad presses his tongue to the inside of his mouth as he looks up at the ceiling then back down.

"Uh good- yeah"

I'm not sure if I should say something or do something so I look at Belly and give her a look as she nods.

I take that as my sign to leave and I make my way to the living room where people are all dancing. I see Jere as he smiles and I make my way towards him he's saying something that I can't hear over the loud music.

"IM SORRY I CANT- JERE I CANT HEAR YOU" I shout as he bends down to my level and whispers in my ear. "Let's go outside".

I see him start making his way to the back door as I follow and we end up outside. I look at the pink flowers my mom planted as I see Jere looking at me with a serious expression.

"Why didn't you tell me Belly was coming?" he says as I hold my arms to my body and see him give me an expression mixed of sadness and anger.

"I'm sorry- I just- well I thought that you and her..well all of you could work everything out?" I say this as I see him under the light from the door.

"I get your intentions Amber, but I don't think there's anything you can fix" he says as I look at him as he gives me a sad look and looks down.

"Jere I think Belly and Con need to talk even if you don't want to talk to her" He stiffens at this and then looks over at me.

"Yeah let's hope they make up again" he says this in a mocking tone as I roll my eyes at his sarcasm.

"I hope you all let all of this go, you shouldn't be fighting right now" I say as he shrugs his shoulders.

"Jere" I say as I move closer. He looks at me and I can see my reflection in his eyes.

"Talk with her, talk" I say as he nods his head and puts his hands in his pockets.

"Okay" he says as I smile. Him and Conrad had been doing really well, they talked about Belly actually and it seemed like they were okay now. Which was honestly really reliving.

"I'll go check on Belly" he says as I nod and I see him go back inside as I feel slight joy inside my stomach as I look at the night sky and see a full moon.

I keep looking up as I see someone come up to me as I turn and see a guy I don't reccognize.

"Amber?" he says as I squint my eyes and look at his face.

"Yes that's me" I say slightly confused as this guy shows me a toothy smile.

"Oh god it's been so long" he says as he looks at me from head to toe and I raise an eyebrow in confusion.

"I'm Tyler" he says as I squint my eyes again trying to remember this guy but not succeeding.

"I'm so sorry I don't-"

"Steven's party" he says and within a second I'm taken back to that night.

"Tyler stop if Steven finds out he'll kill us" I say as I feel Tyler's hands on my body. We have had something going on for about a month.

"Oh come on, you're scared of Steven?" he says as I laugh and shake my head.

"Fuck you look so hot right now" he says as I feel his lips on my neck and I smile.

"OH" I say as I shake my head still trying to grasp the situation. I haven't even thought of him since that day.

Tyler was my first. Like everything. But after we kind of just brushed each other off and never talked. Until now.

"Yeah yeah" I say as I smile and see him smile at me. His dimples showing as I see a tattoo on his collarbone.

"Is that new?" I say as I point to his collarbone and he smiles.

"Yes, got it a couple months ago actually" it was a type of vine that seemed to travel down from what I could see.

"Oh that's nice did it hurt?" I say as he looks at me and shakes his head taking a sip from his cup.

"Not at all" he says as he smirks and I smile.

"You look gorgeous" he says as I smile at this, he had a way of bringing back every memory from that night into my head with just one look my way.

"Thank you" I said as I watched him walk closer to me. He had a way with words, or maybe it was his face, or maybe the drinks that I had were the ones talking.

"You still put these in your hair" he says as I feel the wood of my house on my back and see him touching one of my ribbons.

"Yeah" I say before I see him smirk and then that's all I could see. I felt his lips on mine as I grabbed the back of his neck and he held my face.

I felt every fiber in my body shaking with lust as I felt him grab my waist and pull me closer.
