As the duel between Yutom and Niko raged on, both duelists weren't giving an inch. It was Yutom's turn currently, but his confidence is dwindling quickly after every move he makes is countered by Niko almost like he knows EXACTLY what Yutom is going to do before he does. Both of them have powerful monsters out on the field and with the semi finals up for grabs it's make or break time.
(Duel Summary so far, Yutom 2 cards in hand 3400LP/ Niko 3 cards in hand 3400LP)
"Okay, Niko has his Dimension Lord Of The Brave out in play with 3500 attack points, he has one facedown card, I currently have two monsters, my galaxy eyes with 3000 attack and my Photon Cerberus with, thanks to my Lumenize trap card 4300 attack. But even though it looks like I should have an edge, I'm sweating more that I was earlier and my hands won't stop shaking! He's got me completely freaked, the way he plays, he likes to lure his opponents into attacking before he stops them dead in his tracks, he likes to be in control that much is obvious. If I can somehow neutralise his facedown and get his monster out of the way using Galaxy Eyes's special ability, I'll have Photon Cerberus left to attack him directly and I'll win the duel. But after his past moves, how he's blocked me at every turn, I know it isn't going to be easy." Yutom said to himself with a fiery passion. "Hey! What's wrong with you over there??" Shouted Niko. "Are you frozen or something? Haha I don't blame you. If I had duelling skills like yours, I wouldn't have surrendered at turn 1!" "Ugh that Niko, he thinks he knows everything." Said Yutom quietly to himself. "Pretty soon you'll regret every word you're saying to me right now Niko, and I'll prove it ON THIS TURN! I DRAW!". "Alright Niko, first things first, I'm blowing your only remaining facedown with this card called Mystical Space Typhoon, it lets me destroy 1 spell or trap card on the field. Now with that worry out of the equation, I'm going to launch an attack with Galaxy - Eyes Photon Dragon! Blast away his Dimension Lord with photon stream of destruction!" Niko looks on with utter confusion. "What are you doing boy, you must see that my monster outmatches yours by 500 attack points". Said Niko. "Ohh I'm well aware of that Niko, that's why I'm using Galaxy - Eye's special ability! When he attacks another monster or if another monster attacks him, I'm allowed to remove BOTH monsters from play for this phase only". Said Yutom. Niko, for the first time during this duel look stunned and frightful. "Wait that means I'll be wide open to an attack from your other monster!" "I see you're catching on to my latest strategy Niko, now I remove both our monsters from play before the attack is completed! ....I can't believe it, I'm one attack away from winning this thing. Niko has nothing on his field whatsoever, no more facedown cards to surprise me with and no more monsters, by all rights, he's finished!" "How could I have let him get this far, to the point where he actually believes he's going to win! This is ridiculous and completely inappropriate!" Said Niko with a concerned tone of voice. "Alright Niko, You've been outing me this entire duel, saying I'm worthless, good for nothing and that I don't belong here, well it's my turn to make you feel all those things right now after my cerberus wipes out what is left of your life points with one attack!" Yutom said. But somewhere still watching in the crowd was George watching from afar. "Could this be it, is Yutom actually going to pull this off?! What am I saying, of course he is, but why do I feel uneasy, either Yutom is about to win, or Niko has completely laid this all out to benefit him somehow, I hope it's the first one, to be honest if it was me out there I'd attack as well, it's too much of an opportunity not to, c'mon Yutom you can do this" George said with belief in his friend.
