The atmosphere in the underground chamber felt charged with electricity. Prince Izana and Zen formed a protective barrier in front of Y/N and Crow, their expressions a mixture of determination and curiosity.

Orion stood unfazed by the sudden intrusion. His eyes flickered between the assembled group, calculating and sly. "Well, it seems we have some unexpected guests. How delightful" he drawled, voice dripping in sarcasm.

Y/N sent a taunting smirk his way, knowing that Orion was trapped and woefully outmatched. "Orion, what is the true purpose of these herbs? What are you planning?"

Orion's lips curled into a sneer. "Ah, Y/N, always the curious one. I suppose even your dear monarchy are too ignorant to know of such common knowledge. These herbs are a component of a potion—a potion said to grant unimaginable power and knowledge to its drinker."

The revelation sent shockwaves through the room. The allure of such power was undeniable, and it was clear that Orion's intentions were far from altruistic.

Zen, ever the voice of reason, stepped forward. "Orion, we can't allow you to misuse these herbs for your own gain. Hand them over, and we can avoid any further confrontation."

Orion's laughter echoed in the chamber. "Oh, my dear prince, you underestimate me. I won't part with the herbs so easily. But I'm always open to negotiation. Perhaps there's something you could offer in exchange?"

The negotiations were interrupted by a sudden commotion from the shadows. Mitsuhide and Kiki emerged, having silently followed Zen. Their arrival added an unexpected layer of complexity to the situation.

Kiki's piercing gaze met Y/N's, and she spoke with unwavering determination. "Y/N, we've been sent by Prince Izana to assist you in your mission. He deemed your endeavors too important to be left solely to your discretion."

Y/N couldn't help but feel a mixture of gratitude and exasperation. Izana's involvement meant that her mission had become even more complicated, but she had learned to trust his judgment.

As the negotiations continued, Zen and Izana grew less patient, slowly losing their composure. Knowing he was outnumbered and outmatched, Orion's gaze shifted, and a brief flicker of uncertainty crossed his face. It was a vulnerability Y/N hadn't expected to see in him.

He stepped backwards, pushing a tile into the ground, "remember, Y/N, this is far from over." He pulled his other boot back, then vanished into the hole suddenly appearing in the ground.

Y/N and Crow rushed to empty space Orion left, trying and failing to follow him - leaving the underground chamber in the deafening silence of defeat.
